If only I checked the reviews. I thought Wowcher was a legitimate company. Ordered Moroccan oil on 22 April and it’s now 10th May and I have not received my order. Rithu beauty not responding. I have contacted Wowcher and await their response. Only a refund of £23.98 for Moroccan oil and postage is acceptable to me. Shame on Wowcher for partnering with Rithu beauty knowing of their past reputation.

I had the same issue — redeemed my Wowcher voucher with Rithu Beauty, never received the goods, the order number could not be found by the merchant, emails went unanswered, and the listed phone number did not work.

I contacted Wowcher through their WhatsApp customer support link, provided screenshots of my attempts to contact the merchant, and also included screenshots of the recent Trustpilot reviews from other customers reporting similar issues.

Wowcher issued me a refund very quickly, within 24 hours.

If anyone else is experiencing this, contact Wowcher support directly through WhatsApp and request a refund for goods not received.

I really hope this helps others. P.s next time I will be checking for reviews before purchasing vouchers.

I was also scammed by these but we’re all entitled to a refund I bought the Moroccan oil I wish I had checked these reviews first. Feel free to copy this and send it to wowchers WhatsApp

This merchant is a known scammer with dozens of recent reports stating they do not ship goods and have ceased all communication. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am entitled to a refund for non-delivery and misrepresentation. I do not accept Wowcher Wallet credit; I require a refund to my original payment method. If this is not processed within 48 hours, I will be initiating a Chargeback with my bank

If they don’t respond file a case with your bank for item not received you will get your money back it will just take a very long time in a lot of cases

Absolute scam. Bought the Paula's Choice Toner and reached out to the customer support twice now. If anyone knows how to contact Wowcher because it keeps sending me automated messages on the WhatsApp.

As 0 stars is not possible on here, I have reluctantly had to give a 1 star.
Ordered K18 via Wowcher and product hasn’t arrived. I have contacted Rithu several times and have had no response. I see, from somebody else’s feedback, that Rithu explained to Wowcher that they had been broken into. Im sure this would affect their internet connection so therefore, why not communicate with customers? I am waiting to hear back from Wowcher as Ive requested a refund. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR ANDDO NOT ORDER

Shame I can't give 0 stars. Ordered some items via Wowcher like a lot of people here did, no updates, never arrived, PayPal refunded me straight away then they tried to tell PP that I had received it. Terrible scamming company, shame on Wowcher for using them, never again!

No product sent. Do not use. Am trying to contact Wowcher who are claiming this is a deal. It’s a scam .

Scam company!! Like many others tried to buy k18 hair mask by “legitimate” company wowcher on behalf of this scam company. Never received my order and no response to emails and no option to call.

I should have checked the reviews. Rithu took my money last month and I've had no K18 hair conditioner off them. They're not replying to my emails. Shame on WOWCHER who set up the transaction. Shoddy from start to finish.

This is a scam company. It’s shocking that Wowcher partnered with this business without proper vetting. They take your money and simply don’t send the products. Multiple customers have reported the same experience, and there are also serious concerns that the items are counterfeit. Avoid at all costs.

Like the other reviews here, I was scammed by this company through Wowcher too! For the K18 hair mask. Thankfully, I managed to speak to an actual person on Wowchers WhatsApp chat and sent them screenshots of these reviews and of Google stating that Rithu beauty is a scam business. Wowcher didn’t even hesitate and issued me a refund immediately. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING CONNECTED TO THIS “company”. I shall be reporting it all to trading standards and the advertising standards agency as I purchased the K18 after seeing an article on the Sun online!

Like everyone else on this review, I too have had money taken with no goods received. Don’t order from here.

Avoid at all costs. Placed 3 orders via Wowcher for K18 hair treatment which have never arrived. Wowcher advise to contact the vendor with any issues, 3 emails sent to Rithu and no response received. I’m now going to go through my bank to request a charge back to my card for all 3 orders - what a waste of time and effort!

Update - wowcher have replied to me and said that Rithu advised them that they had a break in to their warehouse a few weeks ago which makes this even worse as the orders I placed were 2 weeks ago.

Absolute scam!!!!! Took me almost a month to get my money back through bank disputes and constant emails to Wowcher. Delivery date kept being moved until ultimately all correspondence was ignored. AVOID at all costs!!!!!!
