We had to replace a front door on a rental property to comply with current fire safety regulations. From the initial telephone enquiry to the final installation we experienced a high standard of customer service and satisfaction. We would recommend this company without hesitation.

Excellent service from start to finish. I organised myself and neighbours having their front doors done. Very smooth process with Derryn and then liaising with Gary was also easy. The chap who attended to carry out the work, Samuel, was very professional and kind. He returned to me the next day to make my door close a little gentler. Excellent personal service. Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service throughout. My flat door needed adjustment to meet current fire regulations. The joiner, a very pleasant young man, was completely professional, arriving on time and concentrating fully on the job. He also adjusted the closer slightly after I tested going in and out with my walker (since I have mobility issues). On top of that, the price was very reasonable compared to other companies.

Excellent service from initial quote through to completion of the fire safety upgrades I needed to my front door. Very professional job and everyone I was in contact with was friendly and knowledgeable.

We needed a remedial fire door adjustment to be carried out.
After receiving a quote, we had a few follow-up questions which were answered swiftly.
We were well informed about the timing of the arrival of our joiners. They provided us with detailed information of how they will remedy the necessary adjustments.
If the legislation changes in the future and our door requires additional adjustments, we will definitely contract them to undertake this task.

Top class. The installers were very professional and courteous. Explained every step of the procedure and worked efficiently. Kept mess to an absolute minimum, cleaning up as they worked. Great job!

Communication, booking an appointment, response were great. The joiner was professional and arrived on time, and hoovered when he finished the front door remedial work. However, the door frame was left with significant marks, scratched paint that will require significant cosmetic repair. When I sent pictures and asked one of the owners if that was normal, they said that they do not do the cosmetic work, and that they do “their upmost to keep decorative work remediation to a minimal’, which was a disappointing response given the state my door was left in. I would have wanted to be informed before the works were done. Their quote was good compared to other companies but I hadn’t accounted for the decorative work I now require.

Great service. I needed my front door adjusted to meet codes. Gary was very responsive in booking in the work. The gentleman who did the work just got on with it and worked away diligently. He even hoovered up afterwards. I received a revised report to meet code within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend Risk Fire and would use them again.

Gary and Ben were both polite and professional in communications, and Samuel who came to complete the works was knowledgeable, diligent and considerate for the whole duration of the works. Even after I provided feedback, they adjusted my door with no extra charge - this makes a world of difference between one business and another. I would definitely recommend them to my friend or contact them again if I needed a new door.
