Very poor after-sales service – no response

I purchased a RiseDesk standing desk and unfortunately the power cable failed, making the desk unusable. I contacted RiseDesk multiple times by email and received no response.

I even purchased a replacement cable at my own expense, carefully matching the specifications, and the desk still does not work. At this point, I have a non-functional desk and no support from the company.

For a product at this price point, I expected basic customer service and technical support, which has been completely absent. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

If RiseDesk is willing to contact me and resolve this issue, I will update this review.

Do not buy. Company is owned by 1 guy who is a serial entrepreneur so he does not care about this business as much. Website is professionally made but does not have resource or a support team to care for customers. It is literally 1 guy living out of his condo running a Shopify website and has moved on to other things. Risedesk is nothing more than a shadow of its past. Buy on Amazon instead.

I have been trying for over a month to get support for a manufacturers defect and have yet to receive any call back or email return. Their phone keeps ringing with no message option, I have sent a request through their contact link, Facebook page, direct email, and the Facebook Messenger. Nothing. Now i am stuck with a chair with a faulty cylinder that does not keep the chair at the set height.

Bought 2 desks about a year ago. 1 is no longer working. The company is not answering emails, their phone number isn't in service, and no response from the online form I filled out. Their website is still operational. BEWARE!!

The company is gone and unresponsive. There is no way to contact them or have warranty services acted on. The website still exists and apparently will take your money but you won't get anything in return.

The product is exactly what I wanted, but above all it was the packaging that really impressed me. No chance that the product would get damaged, GOOD JOB !!!

Product comes with scratches and hear absolutely nothing from the customer representative when I reach out.

I contacted the team for a replacement part, and they said "We are currently backed up with replacements at this time. Would you accept a partial refund instead?" I didn't love that, but I accepted. Since then, there has been no communication or refund.

Took my money while the item was out of stock with a promise of an expected shipment date, as if they were doing me a favour by giving me access to a sale. Then they sent me a damaged item, lied about intending to replace it and then ghosted me when I followed up. The item itself is not even stable and my monitor shakes so much from simple pressure on the desk (never a problem with any other stand I've been using for years). Their guarantee is a lie, they just ghost you. I wish I checked reviews. This company is scamming its customers.

As soon as I ordered the item, I was told that it was gonna take a week to ship because of people being off due to sickness. When I followed up after a week, the order was cancelled and I was refunded.

I've contacted them four times to process a return and I have not heard back. My next step will be to initiate a chargeback through my credit card unfortunately.

They take their time shipping out items (about a week). I wrote a couple of times to see what the status was, and they never responded.
The item arrive and it was not great. I wanted to return the item and they just will not respond to my emails. Their phone number is also disconnected.
Feels very shady.

The filing cabinet arrived very well packaged and unexpectedly upgraded my order to include the cushion at no extra charge. I’d definitely buy again from Risedesk.

Part of my order was damaged and I've sent 3 emails over the past 2 weeks with no reply. Their phone number also had nobody answering it. Still hoping to hear back but I'm not sure if I ever will.

Pre-drilled holes were in the wrong position and no one answered to my e-mail

Only part of my order got shipped out. I contacted the company twice to ask for an update using two methods and haven’t gotten a response about why the main part of my order wasn’t sent out.

False advertising and horrible customer service

The chair did not arrive when it was supposed to and there was no help from customer service, just generic replies and information. The 2-day shipping is false advertising.

Great stand up desk. Easy to put together

Nice chair, comfortable, reasonably priced.
