My order forme rise was lost in the way by Canada post. So I reach to rise and in 24h they responded and immediately taken care of. They replaced and reorder for me. In a few days it was all been cared and done. Really great service and great team. Thank you a lot

I bought a pair of knee sleeves, a belt and some wrist wraps. Everything was fine but the sleeves that were too tight. Customer service was very nice! They treated my exchange quickly. The answered my emails a day after which was great. :)

Rise has the best fitting clothing out there! And the materials are super comfy. I can't get enough! And their customer support is super friendly and helpful

I placed an order after Christmas, it arrived faster than anticipated and my items were amazing! I had an issue with my sweatpants after a few wears, and when I messaged the company, they dealt with it immediately, sent me a replacement pair for free. With the replacement they offered to let me add additional items to my order if I was interested because they were going to be paying for shipping. Very considerate and friendly service. 10/10

Wont give you your money back only credit, even when this is against the law.

Never got my order deliverd, when i checked at the postoffice it was already sent back. Know they blame me for not picking it up. Worse costumer service, dont order when in EU.

This brand is absolutely awesome no worries at all, they have the best cooperation no matter what the issue is, I ordered a belt a while back in small and it was too small for me so I contacted rise and they had no issues letting me exchange for a different belt, love this brand

I ordered the wrong size for my lifting belt and wanted a larger size. I returned my belt to exchange the size and the customer service responded and took action fast. it was very good and professional!

Customer service at Rise is 5 star. I ordered a few items for xmas presents and one needed exchanging due to size. I was impressed by the number of personal emails I received making me feel VERY taken care of and assured that my new package was on its way quickly. I love a Canadian company anyway BUT a Canadian company with stellar customer service is even better!!

Garbage quality clothing, ordered a polo just now the logo is peeling off and seams are coming undone around the buttons. Ordered t-shirts a few years ago that the logos came right off as well after a couple of washes. All my clothes I ever bought from them are in the garbage. The fit is not bad but everything is made very cheap. I want to support a Canadian company but cannot support them.
They refunded me but will not reimburse shipping fees and the taxes on the shipping fees like some other gym clothes companies.
Don’t believe the other 5 star reviews they are probably paid by rise

Rise was very helpful and quick with exchanging my order. They sent my new belt back to me with expedited shipping (free of charge) and their return process and customer service was very helpful.

This is my first purchase with Rise and it was a very positive experience. I needed to exchange the item I purchased as I got a size too small and the exchange was easy and done in a timely manner. The communications were excellent, always letting me know the progress of my purchase and exchange.

I've been ordering clothes from Rise for just over a year now. Every piece of clothing I ordered, I was impressed with. The quality, fit, and overall style were awesome. As a result, I kept buying more items and told friends and family about them. I'd go to the mall and various clothing stores to find new clothes that fit well and in a style I liked, but was always disappointed and hardly ever bought anything. Rise now makes up a good portion of my current wardrobe, I highly recommend if you're looking for athletic stylish clothing. I've tried Gymshark, Alphalete, Adidas, Nike, and Under Armour, but in my experience, Rise tops the list.

I have contacted Rise to ask various questions throughout the time I've been purchasing items from them, it typically takes about a day to get a response but I have always had my questions handled and answered. The last couple times I contacted them, they went above and beyond in addressing my questions. I have contacted them through their website chat/support widget, their facebook page, and via email, the service has always been the same for me. When they have their biggest sales of the year, like other comparative companies in the athletic clothing industry that I've ordered from, it can take some time to process and ship out all of their orders as I'm sure they are slammed, but for the clothes and the price, it is well worth it. Other times throughout the year, orders go out very quickly. Overall, I am impressed with their clothing and customer service and will continue to order their clothes.

I highly recommend Rise, and I'm excited for their future releases.

After I came across this clothing store I overall thought it looked okay & everything seemed good. It’s now been 2 weeks since I placed an order and I haven’t been able to track it, it said 3-5 working days for the delivery at the time and if it said anywhere that there would be a delay due to Xmas then I would have went else where but it wasn’t here for Christmas and I doubt it will be here anytime soon as I haven’t received anything about it being shipped. Customer service number doesn’t work on the website and I messaged on Instagram but waiting days for a response. I will not be shopping here again unless they somehow improve themselves but I highly doubt that.

The buckle from my 10mm belt broke a few weeks ago. Couldn't find it anymore on the site, and after asking customer service they turned out to be out of stock. None the less, they found me a replacement buckle and sent it to me without any issues. Great customer service! Friendly, helpful, going the distance.

Rise customer service is the best. USPS lost my package 3 days before Christmas! Rise responded immediately and helped me make a claim. More importantly They shipped me out a new package with 1-2 day shipping making it a Merry Christmas for my son. Thank you Rise!!

Rise provided excellent customer service and their products are of high quality. I ordered the wrong size Lever Belt and Knee Pads and although it was outside the return processing time, Rise exchanged the products quickly! Thank you Rise for the excellent customer service!!
