Excellent customer service. My buckle broke on my 10mm belt due to years of use and they responded quickly with a link to replace the buckle. Proud to support a quality company with Canadian roots!

A1 support team, top-quality products with cool designs. It was so hard for me to find suitable athletic apparel, but I finally did.

Incredible happy with the quality of the products RISE offers. Comfy sweatshirt is a must for anyone especially with the cooler season coming! Everything from the shorts, active shirts, and the lifting gear has met or exceeded my expectations. I had to send one item back for an exchange and received the new item incredibly quick. They have my recommendation all the way! Never Stop Dreaming!

I purchased a power lifting belt from amazon and even though it was lowered priced, the quality didn't feel good and the sizing was off. So, I decided to give RISE a try. First I reached out to Customer Service about sizing and fit. They provided me with detail info and recommendation based on my measurements. Their response was very quick. I placed my order and decided to add a few more items to go with the belt.

I forgot this was a Canadian company but didn't mind waiting the estimated 7 to 10 days for free delivery. To my surprise, I came home today and voila. The RISE box was outside my door. In three days time!!!

I opened the box quickly and wow!!! The belt was plush. I mean Plush. So beautiful!! the leather feels soft yet the belt feels robust. And the fit is perfect.
The pair of shorts and T shirt also felt like good quality materials, I'm stoked. I cant wait to use my new gear.

I've always loved my Rise gear over the years. Both Clothing and Lifting Equipment have been top notch - no complaints. Turns out they have a killer support team as well! I recently reached out with an inquiry about product stock and they responded (on social media, no less) within 30 minutes.

Purchased a lever belt over a year ago. Unfortunately buckle broke after a year of owning it. As it was out of warranty I was given a discount on a replacement part.
The response I get from RISE and the speed in which they respond to my emails is better then anything I've experienced from any other company.

I don’t usually give any reviews but seeing
some fake or harsh comment about the company I think it’s time to do my part as a customer. I started buying some RISE product since 2018 because of the quality. I was a bit disappointed with my recent purchased because of one damaged item, you wouldn’t notice it unless you have a keen eye. I sent an email to them and ask for replacement. Edwin went above and beyond to help me with everything, same goes for Nick and the entire team. I am completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Thank you RISE Team!

Bought a lever belt from them less than a year ago, have been using it as normal however the buckle part broke. Not a problem, or so I thought as the buckle was supposedly covered under warranty as listed on their website. I emailed them with my issue and was told they cannot send me a replacement. Apparently I was “mistreating” the belt, which I wasn’t. Don’t say something is covered under warranty on your website, then go back on your words, it’s very frustrating for the customer.

just wanted to say that I absolutely love your clothing brand. I've been purchasing your stuff for a few years now and I have never been disappointed. NEVER STOP DREAMING is what I'm all about. Just a short story about me is I had a really bad accident 1.5 years ago... I fell 25 feet and was paralyzed for 3 months. It was a struggle to get back to normal but I did manage to start walking and going to the gym. I have made it my life goal to prove all the doctors that their wrong and that I will actually walk again and be normal. My journey to recovery wasn't easy but I was very committed. Your brand of clothing was a part of my journey and I rose to the top. RISE is a significantly part of my belief and I just wanted to say thank you

I bought a pair of lifting straps from rise, and I originally thought they were the wrong product due to misleading labeling. I sent a quick email and the support team got back to me very fast! I told them about the issue and they resolved it very fast as well. Great customer service, and great product! I’ve been using the straps and I have no issues. Would buy again!

The quality of the workout gear I’ve purchased over the last couple of years is unbelievable. Everything remains like new no matter how much I wear and wash it! I’ve replaced my wardrobe with hundreds of dollars in RISE gear and every single piece is like my favorite. I’ve dealt with customer service a few times with questions and a minor issue with a zipper and they are absolutely the coolest and professional people I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with in retail. They really are excited about what they sell because they know that they have the best quality. I really can’t say enough good about them and will just say, buy something you’re interested in and you will guaranteed be happy and a customer for life! Like me!

I bought 2 t-shirts as a size check, with the intent to purchase more as I really like the aesthetic. After 3 times worn, one shirt had a 1 inch-long section of the shoulder seam that had dropped a handful of stitches. No other wear, no obvious abuse, 2nd shirt is fine. Very obviously a manufacturing defect. I contacted the company, fully expecting a simple exchange. After almost two weeks of emails, sending pictures, more pictures at different angles, I was informed that my warranty had lapsed and they would not support me or my product. When I pointed out that I had indeed contacted them within their warranty timeframe, I was informed that it was misuse and Rise would not be standing behind their product. I was insultingly offered a 20% off coupon. 20% wouldn’t even cover the shipping of a replacement shirt. Nor would I be interested in anymore clothing that may or may not fall apart without any support. I was not upset about the shirt, QA isn’t perfect and things happen. I am in disbelief at the unprofessional treatment I received and the willingness of a company to risk the poor reputation that comes along with all of this, over a $30 t-shirt.

Despite the negative and I guess baseless comments, I will give mine too !
More than 5 stars for RISE as I have had absolutely no issues, communication or otherwise !
I have had several conversations with them and I dare say that the service is more than pleasant and satisfying!
Thanks to the creators of RISE as well as their entire team !

"People, don't be so rude, negative and hasty in your opinions!" Mistakes happen (everywhere) - it's human to make mistakes, but that doesn't mean you have to criticize so harshly!

Amazing costumer service and the clothing is amazing, bought some in 2018, use it at least 1 or 2 times a week and still running, just made my second big order and it's the same quality, amazing company!

Rise makes the BEST workout apparel I’ve ever had. Even at a little higher price and shipping to the U.S., it’s definitely worth it! I will be purchasing from them as often as I can!

Great products and customer service! I had to exchange a lever belt and they made it very easy.

I ordered two Large workout shirts. When the arrived I realized that they were a bit too small for my build - I highly recommend buying one size larger than your normal shirt size.
I contacted RISE support to see if I could exchange them for XLs. The support team was beyond helpful and friendly. They walked me through the process of shipping the shirts back, and exchanged them for XLs no question asked.
I've now worked out in the shirts several times and washed them each time. The shirts have held up wonderfully, resisted shrinking, and I feel confident in them.
The combination of the quality of product and helpfulness of the support team gets a 5/5 for me!

They make great quality gym apparel that’s not overpriced.
But also customer service is amazing. I had an issue with a birthday coupon not working in the Canadian website, only on the US site. Talked to Edwin, he fixed my issue right away, it worked within a few minutes so I placed my order with the birthday discount. That’s great customer support!

Will definitely buy from Rise again!

Rise has all the gear needed to enable any customer to make a positive lifestyle change. Both the durability and quality are good! Unlike some brands that have some great products and mid products to fill the rest of their catalog, RISE’s gear is consistently good across the board. Admittedly, I haven’t tried their clothes yet, but I stand by their gear for sure!
On top of great gear, the customer care is best in the game for sure.
