I had a very frustrating experience with this app’s customer service and referral system. The referral link prompts you to enter your phone number, but there is no option to actually input the referral code, making the process unusable from the start.
Attempting to work around this, I deleted and recreated my account, only to be told that my cousin’s referral code was now invalid. When I contacted support, they were unhelpful and simply blamed the issue on my account deletion without offering any meaningful solution or guidance.
Overall, the experience felt poorly designed and unsupported. I would strongly recommend avoiding this app until these issues are properly addressed.

SCAM!!! Fake odds, long id verification process, the 1 dollar packs are the only ones that rarely pay out with a 5 dollar card, the grails are always of the lowest possible value. 10% odds on max for $1 packs, maybe like a 2% actual chance to hit a grail on max for the $10 packs, and a 0% chance to hit a grail on anything above those, this app is a SCAM! I've done 30+ opens on max odds and worked my way up to $25 or $50 multiple times, never hits just eats money. The 5 or 10 dollar packs maybe go 20+ with no grail but as soon as you go up a tier nothing but losses. Seems misleading to give "bonus drops" that are really just a pity pay out because you ripped 40 packs on max and didn't hit anything. If it did, I'm sure it would be the minimum value for the grail, like it is 9 times out of 10. Unless it's a dollar pack. Should be illegal to advertise 10% odds when the average is really 5% or lower. Even says the odds are subject to change at time of purchase below the packs. I'm down around two grand, opened 5483 packs, highest pull was $76 dollars from a ten dollar pack, which I opened at least 50 of. Bought probably a grand or more worth of mostly $25 packs and a few $50 packs for nada, zilch, not one grail. $5.50 minimum on shipping, no bundled shipping. They inflate their prices as well. The listed odds aren't real either, says below them in fine print "odds are subject to change at time of purchase." False advertising, someone should sue the pants off them.

I spent 5 dollars for a deposit which I can prove with bank transaction and a screen shot. It has not once been loaded to my account regardless of numerous text sent to customer support and a ticket opened.
