Great product and arrived quicker than expected! One of the items I ordered was slightly damaged, I sent an email to advise and the reply was fast and friendly and a replacement has been sent. Excellent to deal with, highly recommend.

Very impressed and great customer care!
Did a google search and Rinkit came up with what I was looking for at a good price. Ordered a few other things and the shipment came fairly quickly. There was an item broken due to shipping but with a simple single email the issue was resolved, very impressed and will continue to shop here.

I have placed a couple orders through rinkit now and I am so impressed with their products, their prices and their customer service. I ordered some cocktail glasses and unfortunately one of them broke during transit. No questions asked, they replaced it with a new one. I highly recommend this company!

Exemplary Customer Service
I recently purchased 6 slate placements. They arrived very promptly but regrettably one was cracked. I took a photo and sent it to Rinkit with a request for a replacement. What a lovely surprise to receive a same day reply with an offer to immediately replace it. Wonderful customer service, I would very highly recommend dealing with Rinkit. I couldn’t be happier.

Ordered new French glassware from Rinikit and was disappointed that some were damaged in transit I contacted them and was surprised by the high standard of their customer and after-sales service.
The damaged glassware was replaced and delivered without any fuss free of charge. I will use them again for sure.
