I placed my First Order, with the assistance of Lauren, who is a star when I had problems using the First Order 10% Discount Code. She was so patient, friendly, and professional too.
Fabian was also ever so very helpful with my query too, which was resolved to my complete satisfaction.
I found Ritkin has Great Customer Service, Great Products, Prompt Delivery and very competitive prices.
What more could a customer ask for?

My order was reasonably priced and good quality on arrival. I purchased several types of glassware for my cocktail making masterclass. There was an issue of a couple of broken glasses on arrival of my order, however I made contact with Rinkit on the same day and within an hour they had responded with a promise of replacements being sent out to me. I was so impressed when my replacements arrived 2 days later, wrapped securely and all intact. Fantastic service and respectful company who value the customer. I would shop here again.

Very helpful,the delivery company lost my parcel so the company personally got in contact with me to see what was the next step I wanted to take (resend,refund ect) witch I am very greatful for and haven't really seen with another company thank you again.

I saw the selection of glassware on the Tesco website and ordered the Romantic glasses. They were a good price, multipurpose and attractive. Whilst I twice had problems with damage during delivery, it enabled me to see the Rinkit customer service team in action. They are awesome: fast, helpful and focused on delivering a good result for the customer. If they continue in this way, they will be hugely successful, because good customer service turns one off issues into lifelong custom. Thank you for the replacement glasses and the complimentary extra, your hard work is appreciated.

I ordered a full, matching dining set of crockery and cups.
Rinkit were selling it so much cheaper than anywhere else, I honestly thought it was a scam 😳
I checked their reviews on here and turns out , they were rated very highly.
My crockery arrived the following day, via DPD, and out of the entire set, only 3 items arrived chipped.
I called Evie at customer services, and she was incredibly helpful, professional and polite and has reordered the damaged items to be sent with their next shipment
I'm very impressed indeed with Rinkit, often a small problem can highlight exactly what sort of company you're dealing with and the customer service I received was second to none.

Our order for garden table and chairs were delivered when they said - unfortunately one of the chairs was damaged my emails were answered very quickly as to how they could resolve the problem- we chose to have another chair- which they agreed and the chair was delivered within a few days. Excellent service very polite

Fast efficient delivery! Really happy with the quality of glasses that we ordered for our soon to be opened bistro. One glass came broken, one email sent and the issue was resolved. Very happy with the service and quality. Would highly recommend and would definitely order again for my bar glasses.

They definitely live up to the other reviews on here. The dispatch/shipping was probably the fastest I've ever had (including Amazon Prime!) and my glasses sets were packed impeccably. I'll definitely be returning for more home stuff. Well done!

Really outstanding. The order estimated a 2 day delivery, but it arrived the next day. The box had been squashed by the carrier, but the interior packing was good enough that glass and china items were fine. The only problem was one cracked melamine plate in a packet of 6 which I suspect might have left the vendor that way. No problem, one email and they immediately sent a replacement with absolutely no fuss, arriving next day as well. A really excellent vendor with good product and good prices as well as excellent customer service.

I buy a lot of frames for my business and customer service is brilliant. If I ever have a broken delivery it is replaced straight away with no drama

Was looking for garden chairs and found exactly what I was looking for at a much cheaper price on the Rinkit website. Got 4 chairs for less than I was going to pay for two! Ended up buying many other items too. Have since ordered again and everything is excellent quality at really good prices. Excellent fast delivery too. I had a small issue with my second order which was resolved almost immediately via email with very helpful customer service staff. Will definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend.

Order was processed quickly and sent out. The item was damaged during shipping, the customer service team helped to organise a replacement with no issue, and I got the replacement item very quickly after. The products I have ordered (on multiple occasions) are great quality and would recommend.

Having received my items, I can say they are of very good quality, as well as speedy delivery.

The company produces very good quality items at a very competitive price I have recently bought a number of glasses from them and was very happy with what I received. I have since returned they are very fast with delivery and they bend over back wards to help. I would certainly highly recommend them.

I recently ordered a fair few sets of beautiful glasses for my wedding. On delivery a couple were smashed, I spoke with Katie in customer services who quickly arranged for replacements, no queries or issues. Excellent customer service!

After a lot of online searching I found a table and chairs that I really liked at a great price with fast delivery. They arrived ahead of the stated time, even better, but sadly the table was badly damaged in transit. One email sent and Lauren arranged for a new table to be sent and this was delivered within 48 hours in perfect condition. I will definitely be using Rinkit again
