Emma was very friendly and helpful. When I choose the boiler they came very quick to install it. The engineer was very professional and efficient. I am very satisfied.

Lucca and Ben were very obliging and carried out the rerouting of the inlet gas pipe to the boiler efficiently. Mains gas is now reconnected without any leaks.

Mo from RightGas was amazing! I could not recommend him more. He managed to fix my 10 year old boiler, and also explained everything so I have a better understanding of how it works. As a woman living alone, I also really appreciate feeling safe and comfortable which was very much the case. They were also quick to call and keep me up to date, and friendly as well. Would definitely come to them in future if I need my boiler replaced, fantastic service! Thanks Mo!

This company is always very responsive, but I’m particularly a fan on Mo, the engineer. A couple of years ago, he stayed til 10pm replacing a tricky part and saved my boiler in the coldest time of year. I am always happy to see him.

Mo and Ben have been very helpful fixing my boiler. Mo is a lovely guy and always goes out of his way to help fix the problem.

Both engineers were efficient, pleasant to deal with and tidy. Only drawback was that at the end they recommended a power flush which was different to the chemical flush carried out and the cost of the Labour of that was similar to the whole boiler installation. If it was done at the same time it might have been cheaper.

Neil called en route, in allocated time slot, friendly and tidy. Would recommend!

Mo from Right Gas has been to fix and service our boiler many times over the past few years. He has always been very pleasant, explained the issues and got them resolved in very efficiently manner. I would highly recommend his services.

Overall experience with Rightgas was great. Karen was very helpful in scheduling the visit and Mo came in for the annual boiler service. He assisted me as I was dealing with the insurance, replaced a faulty piece and also did a thorough clean of the boiler. Very professional and efficient, highly recommended

Rightgas visited our home to service the boiler on May 26th. The plumber found a small leak and along with the service, did the work quickly and left us happy with the service.

The engineer who was sent was fantastic 10 out of 10 the last one who serviced my boiler told me I had a old boiler and that’s why I couldn’t get much hot water the engineer who came this time found the fault and fixed it and now it’s working as it should his name is Anthony P the best engineer that I’ve ever had would highly recommend

From the sales team through to installation, the company was honest and upfront about what we were buying. Mark, the engineer, was punctual and kept everything tidy. The job turned out to be much bigger than he initially expected, but he handled it professionally throughout.

Very responsive and willing to help wherever they can. This includes both the engineers and the those dealing with bookings and quotes.

Apparently repairers for domestic and general, however their lines are off at 9:40am on a Saturday when they are supposed to be open at 8am??

I have a vulnerable person at home at 95 years old who was booked in for an appointment with these guys for today, but havent received a text confirming the time, nor is anyone answering their lines.

Bit of a shit of service if you can't even pickup customer calls if you ask me.
