Great experience with Right Fuel Card - Dan Wilson who we dealt with was brilliant, getting us a great price. Helped along every stop of the way to purchase and even got us a referral to a product with another company. Top man.

I had an excellent experience with BB Fuel Card. The service was professional, efficient, and the whole process was quick and straightforward. I would especially like to thank Setareh Ahmadvand for her outstanding support. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions I had.

I had an account for over 3 years no problems.
But when cancelling my account in April.
I was over charged in June 2026
This was a mistake after loads of time on the phone and emails.
I was given a guarantee it would be repaid.
I shredded my cards.
In July had a statement to say it was sat in right fule account waiting for me to use as a credit?
I can't access a closed account?
Phone calls emails ignored.
I managed to talk to a rude person, with no idea or could tell me why they are keeping me money when I can't access it.
Still waiting for a response no one will call to explain. This is a joke. Don't go to this company.
Poor service at best.

Friendly staff who are always ready to help with any queries I may have, nothing is too much trouble.

Great to deal with and Dan Wilson made the process seamless making the whole thing very simple with lots of advice, would highly recommend

When ever I have to contact or have a query about my service, they are always on hand to help. I lead a busy schedule and prefer email as it also gives me time to clarify, respond in the best way. The latest help I had from Kae-Lauren, regarding rates was efficent, and explained everything so that I could understand and they problem was resolved effciently. Amazing! Great service!
