Customer Service Is Sublime.
She listened thoroughly to my enquiry, then took me through the best options available. Throughout the process she was polite and well mannered, and did not push any products on me that were not needed, not pushy at-all. Just speedy and made sure all requirements were taken care of.
On a seperate note, I would have given 5 stars, but in the past the prices that have been quoted to me, are not always that, that I am paying, sometimes alot more.

After applying for fuel card . I was told it should be with me in around a week . So on the 8th day I called the admin team at Right fuel card and was speaking with Stacey. She assured me the card was sent the day before and should be arriving in a day . No sooner I’d put phone down the card arrived. I was also confused with finding the PIN number with the online Acc. Even though instructions are clear . Stacey stayed on phone with me to go through the process. Very helpful . 1st class serve

The reason for leaving is a £41 fee and when I have not used it

I haven’t been using the card for a while due to some health issues and now they’ve charged me with £31.20 as they say their fee for not using the card. Avoid this nonsense as they don’t say online what the charge is !!
I will not be using them again apart of that I have found petrol stations selling better price fuel than they do !!

this company tries there best every to get us the best prices Andrea is brilliant and goes out of her way to help us week on week in a very challenging market. top job
