Right Fuel Card has genuinely been a lifesaver, especially in light of the ongoing cost of living crisis.

With the price of fuel continuing to put pressure on motorists, finding a reliable way to save money at the pump makes a huge difference.

Since using Right Fuelcard, I’ve been able to make significant savings when fuelling my car, and those savings really add up over time.

A special mention has to go to Setareh, my account manager, who is truly an asset to the company. Her professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to her customers are second to none.

She doesn’t make you feel like just another customer, she takes the time to understand your needs and makes sure you’re getting the best possible service.

It’s actually Setareh’s exceptional customer service that has kept me recommending her to my friends and referring new customers to her.

Highly recommended to anyone looking to reduce their fuel costs without compromising on service.

Right Fuelcard, and especially Setareh, have definitely earned my trust and continued support.

I think of myself as a patient person but I have now given the right fuel card three attempts to right their wrongs.
They hide fees in auto opt in services you have to opt out of .they have a no usage fee where if their price is bad (which it always is) you get charged for not using it .
Now they have snuck it a surcharge for certain locations so the quoted price you get on the Friday is not the price you pay.you now have to work out what the sucharge might be could be 2,4,6 or 8pence extra per litre.
Save yourself the three nightmares I have had with this joke of a company.
Go direct to UK fuels as they don't keep hiding extra costs.
I have had right fuel card two years and UK fuels direct beats them on price and coustomer services hands down every single week.
The last straw for me was that they surcharge me at 4p per litre and it wiped out any saving and made it more expensive.
Coustomer services didn't give two hoots about my complaint and I shut my account.
Horrendous!

The throw away comment they make by way of a reply makes it look like they have tried to resolve this , which they have made no attempt to. The coustomer services rep couldn't have cared less! I have closed my account and walked away as enough is enough!
Save yourself the hassle and go direct to UK fuels .
