DONT JOIN THIS

Honestly i have shown these guys enough respect. Absolutely fraud

This is 3 times they promised me they paying my money with priority. They have not paid yet. My heart condition keep getting worse and worse. In the morning i been to doctors and suggested dont take any streess. But these guys not allowing me.

Last 3 days they promised me they will solve my query immediately still its not sorted.

You will see 1000 reviews everyday like thi. If you keep doing this fraud.

This is my last warning I been not feeling well process my money immediately otherwise this is not something u will expect.

I am writing my 3rd review for fraud

I am writing my 3rd review after promising on reply here that this will he solver as priority.

So i have shared them with past 5 days i have heart condition can you pay my money i am not interested in keeping this account. Just give me my money and you can keep the account. Still not been sorted. Today i been doctor i was having anxiety shared with doctors whatever i been feeling from past days. Doctor strickly advised me do not take any stress as it will affect on my heart condition as already had one attack in past. I have shared with right bet team and they not even bothered honestly.
These people are fraud they will try to be nice on reply here on review, some genius guy will come and say we will resolve this for you asap like everyday but it never.
Can please everybody WHOEVER THINKING TO JOIN THIS PLEASE THINK TWICE AS THESE GUYS ARE FRAUD. They are happy when taking money for deposit but when it comes to withdrawal they will take a piss.

EVERYBODY REPORT THIS AS FRAUD , TOMORROW MORNING I AM GOING MANCHESTER WHERE THEY HAVE RIGSTER OFFICE TO TAKE MY MONEY.

IF YOU DONT SEND MY FUND IMMEDIATELY THERE WILL BE 100 more reviews to come for you fraud people

Please proceed my withdrawal


Fraud
So few days ago i submitted a review about my withdrawal and i got reply here that email and we will put on priority. I did this as well the response was the reply i got on trustpilot it was automated reply. There is no option here to upload all screenshots but this is quite actually funny website. You speak to one agent they give u different information other one will give u different informations next day. I am done with these playing games. Yesterday i mentioned i have heart conditions on review i been they take it very serious this and that guess what still not recived my money. They try to be nice but for reality i have all screenshots how they treat customers. I am going to ask people on social media to report this as fraud because they dont pay people money. Whoever going to reply would be nice direct if you contact me on my email and i can provide u all screenshots and evidence.

DO NOT ASK ME TO EMAIL YOU GUYS AS I AM TIRED OF THIS LIE IF YOU WANT TO REPLY FIRST HELP THAN SAY WE PAID YOUR MONEY

Avoid at all literal 'costs' in my case

So the site was down for approximately a week , and we were told our funds were secure blah blah ........ i had 2 bets which settled on 6/6/26 which won totalling £264.85 ---- the site is now back up and bets show as 'won' in bet history but my balance is £0.00 .
This is disgraceful customer service and they are now ignoring my emails.
I am fortunate to have friends at both IBAS and the UK Gambling Commission so will be filing my evidence with them both tomorrow and getting the complaint's started quickly.
RIGHTBET - DO the 'RIGHT' thing, credit my £264.85 !

Getting worried now

Same as the other reviews.. not been able to get on for over 40 hours now.. I have money in my account and when I message the support they just say it's a technical issue and ther is no time frame for fix at the moment. Hope I haven't lost my money ☹️

SITE DOWN FOR DAYS ON END WITH MONEY STUCK!

Site has been down for 40 hours now with no explanation but the word "maintenance"on a blank white screen... No regular scheduled maintenance takes 40 hours.

Customer support are also ignoring any correspondence asking for reasonable information or an update with them also refusing to lodge formal complaints!

They supposedly can't even provide a manual withdrawal for any funds which adds on to the multiple breaches of UKGC legislation.

I'd strongly advise everyone to stay well away from this site as your money could be held for days on end with no correspondence!

Website down for over 3 days!

Website down for good knows how long now and they don’t even answer emails properly or seek to want to help. Go on live chat and wait to be connected to get a message and automatically then disconnected!!!

Poor site with sister sites.my account was closed after placing a bet on a world snooker championships. They arent bookmakers in the traditional way. Closed account after 1 day
