Is This Real Life? So Happy w/ Riff Haus
I don’t often order from sites without a large number of reviews or seeing the product in person but I fell in love with a raccoon and took a chance. Before ordering I had a sizing question and emailed them. I kid you not THE ACTUAL DESIGNER EMAILED ME THE NEXT MORNING. I ordered a knit sweater which arrived about two weeks later. If that seems like a long time keep in mind the company is near zero-waste so the products are not produced until you order them. The quality was nice, with clean seams and clear design. The design had an element that wasn’t in the photo so I emailed the company again to verify it was intended and again the designer herself answered quickly and noted the photo on the website didn’t accurately depict that intentional element. I immediately looked at the website and they had already corrected the photo. Crazy to see this type of attention to detail and customer service these days. I get tons of compliments on my sweater and I’m picking out my next purchase as we speak. I’m a real person with no affiliation to them, pinky promise. If you’re here to decide if you should take a chance on Riff Haus and Sandra, I say go for it.
