I placed an order and immediately wanted to cancel because I found a better option. They took 2-3 days to get back to me after I submitted a cancel request and told me it was too late to cancel and I'd have to manually return the items to USPS after they're delivered. Maybe if you had a better customer support team, you wouldn't be getting these reviews. Never buying from them again.

If I am reviewing the product... then this would possibly be 5 stars. I got what I wanted with a discount and a free accessory.

And I LOVE it. Love its simplicity. Love the design and the quality. All GOOD! Really GOOD.

The order process was fine too... It was after.
Never got an email confirmation. Had to dig and ask for the tracking reference.

But it shipped on time and Royal Mail did their thing.

and then I asked if there was a way to give a review on their site because according to my login, I have not made a purchase.

....and got a brush off.

Similar when I asked what I would need for a warranty claim should anything happen. As I have no proof of purchase on email or anything on my online account.

Another brush off.

Shame really... because its close to being good.

Companies like this, at this point of maturity, need to beware of taking their customers from granted, relying on the reputation of a very good product, at the expensive of ensuring a great all round experience when purchasing. Complacency, or even arrogance can creep in.

People like me that could and should be promoters of the business will think twice before recommending.

Warning signs abound here.

Despite my contacting these people THREE TIMES (NOW 4), asking them to stop sending me promotional e-mails and their empty promises of:

"So sorry, we will ensure you get no more e-mails.",

I STILL get e-mails from them almost daily and have been for over a YEAR!!!!

I even threatened them with legal action for harassment, but they obviously do not give a damn.

I would suggest you do NOT do business with any company that has this attitude towards the public.
