Pathetic service. Got charged rs2300 for some wiring issue no parts changed.
Bike again showing same problem in just 4 days.
Pathetic service please dont use this. Instead repair it at home by yourself …that would cause less problems😏

1 Star – Very disappointing experience

I gave my bike to Ride N Repair Service & Repair for what was supposed to be a simple general service. Instead, I ended up being charged ₹44,000, which was shocking.

They added a long list of parts like clutch assembly, self motor, magnet coil, CDI, chain sprocket set, carburetor parts, brake kits, and many other things. The service charge itself was ₹7,999, which already felt too high for a basic service.

The worst part is that when my bike was returned, it was not even in proper condition.
My kick start was broken, the speedometer looks tampered with, and the bike honestly feels worse than when I gave it to them.

All I wanted was normal servicing, not a full replacement of half the bike. I was never clearly told about many of these replacements before they were done, and the final bill was extremely unreasonable.

This whole experience has been very frustrating. I would suggest people be very careful and double check everything before letting them work on your bike.

NEVER GIVE YOUR BIKE FOR SERVICE TO RIDE AND REPAIR AND APNA MECHANIC BIKE SERVICE FRAUD PEOPLE. THEY WANTEDLY CREATE ISSUES AND CHARGE WITH HIGH BILL AMOUNT, THEY PIR UNNECESSARY ITEMS AND SPARE PARTS AND GIVE FALSE COMPLAINTS IN BIKE OR CREATE ISSUES.

I HAVE GIVEN MY BIKE FOR GENERAL SERVICE AND THEY CUT ALL ELECTRICALS AND SAID IT WILL COST ME 15000/- WHEN I ASKED QUESTION THEN THEY STARTED BARGAINING AND SAID THEY WILL DO IT FOR 11000/- ALL SMALL EFFICIENT SERVICE PERSONS WORKING HERE NO PROFESIONALISM AT ALL.

AT CERTAIN POINT THRY STARTED ARGUING AND SAID WE HAVE DONE CERTAIN CHANGES AND REPAIR AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT WITHOUT MY CONFIRMATION THOUGH THEY HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING IN MY BIKE.

CHEATERS AND SCAM PEOPLE WORKING FOR RIDE N REPAIR AND APNA MECHANIC IS THEIR ONLINE BROKER FOR BOOKING THE SE VIVE

Its a new kind of scam. i booked a service and got calls from call center person asking for location. Once sharing the location a person will come and collect the bike telling he will hand over to their nearest service garage and i I have given clear instruction to the delivery person of what needs to be done and he also assured within 30 minutes he will update. However, after 2 hours i got a call from a person mentioning him as mechanic told my bike is ready for service in a service garage which tooo far my place and parts is damaged and need to restored and informed they already purchased all the materials which is worth 9k, i was shocked as i told only for basic general service. However, the so called mechanic is not ready to listen and continues to be rude demanding for 9k payment. After a long argument they agreed to do service for 2000 Rs and informed bike will be delivery by night. However, i was keeping a follow up from 6 pm because there is no response from call center person after i denied to pay 9k and so called mechanic simply telling reasons to take more time. At last at 9.30 pm the bike got delivered and bill amount came to 2800 and no service is done as per my requirement. When i asked mechanic about bill he simply said we have done more work and charged only less. When looking at the invoice which is also not proper only engine oil, brake, fuse kit this only changed and their labour charge is Rs. 1000. My sincere request to all customer who are looking for door step service kindly go directly to the showroom or give service to nearest and reliable mechanic shop as these people are total frauds
To add one more thing, that i do not want to rate this useless app and keeping a suggestion to google as well Indian government to ban their app and website. Because they claim to serve all major cities in India and i do want others to get affected.

Third class service..I found them through Google suggestion..mechanic don't want to perform service..they are so rude in their behavior . You get multiple calls from all mechanic and then they decide whether to come or not. One mechanic calls and inform that they will be charging 1300 without even looking at the problem.

ORGANISED ONLINE SCAM in the name of door stop repair
I just checked on their website and immediately I got a call, it sounded like a customer call I booked for jump start on a Saturday
Then on Saturday I get a call for my location then i get call from another lady saying they are calling from customer support to check if the guys came for pickup
2 guys came they picked up the bike no uniform and no ID and I without further thought just handed over the bike. I got fooled, i had a doubt still got fooled
They said within 30 mins i will get a call from the manager with quotation.
They did not call me then I started calling the guy who took my location on whatsapp he also did not pick for long then he kept me engaged giving reasons like he is busy here and there
I realised I did a bid mistake last he told manager will call
next morning 9am onwards i started calling that guy and his managers number which he sent me
The manager never picked up untill noon then he calls saying he will send the quotation only once we approve he will start the work.
Then comes the BOMB 15k estimate just to jumpstart
and when i said i dont want the repair he says then pay 4k for tow and checking the issues
I said its a blackmail he shamelessly accepts it
then i agree for repair he assures by 9pm he will send the bike he sends it and then thay guys asks to pay on his personal QR code not the companies
which like a fool i did and since then I am asking for the payment receipt he is keep of saying he will send in sometime
He is a north Indian who talks in Tamil but they never disclosed their location
Seeing the website people are getting fooled
I got the bike back but the parts were overly charged almost double charges and not GST payment receipt provided
NOT FALL FOR IT
We all the reviewers should lodge complaint against this team to stop this kind of fraud

We wanted to do service for our bike and contacted them through Google website which is in the name Ride N Repair ( FULL SCAM WEBSITE ) * BE AWARE *
and they said they will see and send us the quotation and they sent 15k as quotation and we said we were not interested and told them we’ll pay the 500 just for taking and checking the vehicle . But they refused and told Even if it’s taken for checkup we have to pay 4000 and only then they will tell us where our vehicle is or they’ll not return it , “ THEY LITERALLY THREATENED US THEY WONT GIVE OUR VEHICLE BACK “ and we had no other option than agree since we didn’t want to lose our bike to them since I felt like they are ORGANISED THIEFS . Even after refusing to not do anything , while delivering Without informing us they said they did some repair forced us to pay 10k..
PLEASE FOR GODSAKE DO NOT CONTACT THEM THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE or DIRECTLY ALSO FOR ANY REASON . SAVE YOURSELF

Scammers disguised as a helping hand

Overcharged at every step of the service. I was confused and under pressure due to the situation and should have done more research on how to resolve the issue. The mechanic initially took the bike citing a short circuit, and later claimed that several parts were damaged, which was not true. They did not actually replace the parts they claimed were damaged. This was later confirmed by Royal Enfield mechanics who inspected the bike. Avoid their service at all costs.

Lesson learned

Very bad service. The mechanic was very rude. Charged us Rs. 450 for not doing anything. Bad service will never recommend anyone..

Fraud Alert (Organised Scam), Don't trust RIDE N REPAIR.
I have been charged 14k for a scooty restart issue by the Arrumbakam Chennai Mechanic without giving any proof for changing the parts or giving any services, no support available from RIDE N REPAIR. it's a complete Scam and fraud site to believe during difficult situation. STAY away from these online frauds.

Very bad experience. The mechanic came with just a one pliers. He somehow manages to jump started my bike, created a video in his mobile, and that's all. The problem is not solved.
I don't know how these scammers are even allowed to open business.

I have booked a service yesterday to fix my Suzuki access scooter flat tyre. I have been literally cheated by the mechanic. The Mechanic arrived in an auto. He removed the rear tyre and told me that he has to take it to the repair shop to fix. I was surprised and asked him to fix the puncture on spot with the tools. But he said he does not have tools and requested that he would fix it at the near by shop and bring it back. I agreed as i believe ridenrepair and i had good service earlier. The mechanic took the tyre and called me after 15 min. He said that the tyre rim is damaged and asked 4300 to fix it. I was surprised and asked him to apply a temporary fix. He said that he cannot fix as the tyre rim is damaged. I sensed something wrong and called the Suzuki service center to confirm the price. The service center told me the real price and I realised that the mechanic is cheating me and i called him and asked to return the tyre. He told me on the phone that he will bring back the tyre if i pay 600 rs for service and 300 for fixing the tyre back to vehicle without resolving the issue. I booked the service to fix the puncture for 500 but the mechanic is charging 300 extra. He came back and when i said that i will only pay visiting charge as the tyre is not fixed and he threatened me that he will not allow me to move from the spot if i don’t pay 600rs plus 300 rs. I have paid total 800 as i dont have a choice and i wanted to go back to office. Later i towed the byke to a near by puncture shop and got it fixed with the price of 300 rs and the shop owner told me that the tyre rim is good and the mechanic from the Ridenrepair tried to cheat me. The mechanic from ridenrepair literally tried to cheat me to replace a working tyre rim and also the price what he quoted is 3 times the actual price of Rim. The mechanic is a first class cheater and robbed me. I expect a refund of total 800 rs from ridenrepair and an apology from the cheater mechanic. I texted ridenrepair on whatsapp and no response received. I could not connect to ridenrepair again during the issue as no one responded. What i understand from others who got service from ridenrepair is that the most of the service men booked are cheaters and scamsters

I tried booking a service but the lady from their team called me and said my area is not serviceable. A few hours after that I received an invoice for approximate 4500 rupees.

Booked service for my TVS jupiter @ 1249/- that included oil change also. Booking was smooth and a third party mechanic visited our Society. He inspected the vehicle and advised few additional repair work and requested to visit his store to get the complete service and demanded Rs. 450/- saying he will adjust the amount in final service, accordingly we paid him he on the other hand reported to Ride n Repair that we have refused for the service and has collected his visiting fee. When i got a call back from Ride n Repair for confirmation i explained him the whole case after which the customer care executive abruptly disconnected the call. We again connected with the mechanic and requested him to complete the service and we wont come to his store for any additional service, he started arguing and kept asking to visit the store as the service has been closed with his visit charges.
The platform and idea is great but the mechanics associated attempt to loot the customer and attempt to extort visiting fee from the customer on false pretext of completing the service later as they have forgot part/oil etc.

Their third-party technician visited to inspect my scooter and said it wasn’t starting. They later took it to their service center and quoted ₹10,000 for repairs without providing a proper explanation. When I refused the repair, they suddenly demanded ₹2,000 as pickup, drop, and visit charges — none of which were mentioned earlier.

It’s been quite some time, and they still haven’t shared any receipt or proper documentation. Very unprofessional and misleading service — feels like a complete scam. Would not recommend at all.

I had booked a servicing for my Suzuki Access two wheeler, which was functional 1 month back. The Technician unnecessary replaced the spark plug and fitted with wrong one thereby damaging the Valve of my engine. Later he was not even able to start the vehicle and was recommended he will take the engine and that work will charge 12000 Rs through company and Rs 7000 if done from the technician . I did not fell prey to his scam, but eventually he damaged the valve. I got my scooty serviced again. The company is very adamant that they just want to make money without giving quality service. The technicians are not qualified and just do time pass and ask for service charges. Pathetic service experience,

Worst Experience Ever – Total Fraud

Ride n Repair is an absolute scam. I booked a doorstep repair for ₹450, but the mechanic towed my scooty to their garage without my permission. The next day, they called and said the bill was ₹6,250! When I asked for details, they gave fake charges like:

Magnet coil – ₹3,800 (real MRP is only ~₹2,500)
Towing – ₹400
Labour – ₹500
Screening – ₹800
Screening labour – ₹300
One-time charges – ₹450

The worst part – my trusted mechanic later confirmed the magnet coil was NEVER changed. They literally did nothing but tried to loot money.

This company is cheating customers with fake repairs and inflated bills. Totally unprofessional, dishonest, and fraudulent. DO NOT TRUST Ride n Repair – they will rip you off.

I booked a bike service through Ride n Repair for doorstep service. The booking was fine and their local partner called me quickly. He convinced me to give the bike for pickup, saying they can wash it at their facility which is not possible in doorstep service.

The plan agreed was service with engine oil included. But at the time of delivery, the service guy asked for almost double the amount, claiming extra charges. When I told him oil was already included, he kept arguing. I then asked to connect with Ride n Repair executive who finally agreed on the original amount.

Even after that, the service guy again demanded extra saying spark plug and brake oil were changed. He didn’t give me an invoice either. I mailed Ride n Repair asking for the invoice but even after 3 days there is no response.

Overall, the experience was very bad. Better to go with your trusted local mechanic instead of such services. Ride n Repair may have a good platform but they have no control on their local service partners.
