FUSTLE Recenzje

Excellent service right from the beginning I ordered a bike close to Christmas 2020 and Alistair and the team had it shipped to me before the 25th.
When you mix an awesome product with a rad group of people you get Fustle. Really happy to be riding their bikes.

Top classic products but also very knowledgeable group of enthusiasts

Excellent service from Aaron from start to finish, shipped my bike out to Portugal, arrived 5 days later, out of the box and riding the trails within the hour! Love the bike!!!

I ordered some socks for my partner for Christmas, he bought a Fustle frame recently and is really pleased with it.

Service was excellent, they arrived really quickly, and were even wrapped in Fustle seasonal tissue paper (a nice touch). Great service, products and attention to detail. Thank you

Great company.
First class communications.
Recommended to everyone.

Everything has been flawless with my purchase of the Fustle bike kit. Before ordering I contacted Fustle with a couple of questions and got a very quick and nice reply from Aaron.
Once ordered the frame kit was delivered within 2 days and arrived in perfect condition, bike box as well.
The frame was finished to a very high quality with nice details.
So great bike backed up by a great team.

Thanks Fustle.

Fustle have got it right...from start to finish.

I would go so far to say this is the best bike (and I have had many over the years) that I have ever owned. The build quality, geometry, ride comfort, design and styling are all second to none.

Short distance day rides to long distance multi day trips, I am more than confident this bike will not fail to disappoint. I have had the Causeway loaded up for bike packing and it handles it extremely well.

Many other retailers out there could learn a thing or two when it comes to Fustle's customer service. The personal touch and guidance on specifying your bike is excellent. The team are fantastic and always on the end of the phone for any questions. Big thanks to Aaron for making my purchasing experience so informative and simple.

Thank you Fustle team, keep up the great work!

Awesome bike, great buying experience, lovely after sales relationship!
The bike is crazy good, so is the fustle family!
Buying experience was very easy and professional + personal contact.
Right after the order I got a call from the owner and we discussed my plans building up the bike from scratch! Thank you very much Alastair!

In the meantime me and two friends ordered a Fustle. Another build from scratch plus a full build by Fustle‘s mechanics. They all love it and had a great experience!

Best regards, flo

Great little company designing cutting edge gravel bikes in Northern Ireland. Modern geometry, for comfort and stability when things get fast and rough. This is not just a cross bike with fat tyres. Well finished, nice details. great value. Great friendly advice. cant say enough good things.

Ordered my Causeway in May 2020. There was a problem with my frame because green in my size was out of stock, but the the online shop didn't show that. Everything was out of stock, so they flew my frame of the next batch from Taiwan to Northern Ireland to assemble it, instead of let me wait for two months for shipping by a container ship as usual. FUSTLE paid that expensive shipping for me and sent me pictures of the process because they noticed how stoked I was about my new bike! best customer service i experienced my entire life!

The product: what can i say ... i think i couldn't have bought me a better bike than my Causeway! It's comfortable, durable, fast, gorgeous ... i could talk days about it! ...

Without exaggeration ... one of the best purchases I ever did!

Great bike and easy to work with. Set up bike the way I wanted and excellent knowledge about different kit options.

Highly recommend!
The attention to detail on Fustle bikes is outstanding as well as their customer service in case you need advice when choosing the right bike.
