When i booked it said the price covered everything including tolls. Driver took the longest route avoiding tolls and add 30 minutes onto the journey.

I was kept informed by Andy when my ride had left to collect me and when it arrived at my hotel. The driver Victor was there before time and was an excellent driver, lovely well looked after Škoda. First time that I have used Ride Andy and will certainly use this company again.

My driver on January 4, Juan was wonderful! He came 5 minutes before the scheduled time, kindly helped with my luggage, drove carefully and effectively and was a true gentleman.

My driver on January 1, Andres was on time, courteous, offered me water, helped with my luggage and offered many good tips on the area.

Nuestro vuelo llegó con retraso y Victor nos esperó sin problemas. Llegábamos tarde y cansados y pudimos dormir todo el camino. Conducción impecable y sin sobresaltos.

Lovely vehicle and friendly driver who completed the journey safely and efficiently.

The driver was great, on time both ways and safe.

It was as a regular taxi, not a private van. The driver did not bring the child seats (which were paid) and mentioned that a friend passed this trip to him and did not mention about the seats and taxis normally don't carry those. Very disappointed with this, since it is a safety concern.

We knew who our driver was and he was in contact with before pick up. He told us exactly what to do, which made the journey that much more relaxing. The driver was safe and very polite.
The private transport is expensive (expected), but we thought we’d at least have had water available, or have a designated stop on route, so we could have got basic provisions. Others we have used have always provided drinks and snacks. Just an observation.

Other than that I’d highly recommend the company to anyone.

Our driver, Juan, had a super clean car and we enjoyed our transfer from Tarragona to Viladecans with him. This was our second time booking with Andy and we will use their services next winter again.
