Do not order any items from this company. Nearly one month on from ordering and item not received.

Customer support appalling and redirects you the delivery company. Chasing a refund

Ordered the advent calendar jigsaw. Wrong pieces in wrong boxes and 1 piece completely missing. 2 emails to them asking them to rectify this, and no response at all. I'd advise to stay clear of this company.

What can i say, you always run the risk of getting stung when you by cheap off the net and this time it seems I got stung, bought a bag for my wife's birthday from Ricife on the 4th Jan and it seems I have more chance of finding Glen Miller than receiving the bag, oh and don't bother getting in touch with customer services because they are as imaginary as the bag i paid for. Hopefully someone will find this useful and spend a little more on the item from a reputable trader

Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering a couple of candle holders. The order was placed on 30th December 2023, the tracking has not been updated or any sign of the order. The company is clearly a total scam and a bunch of thieves.

After ordering stuff from other sites was a bit dubious but package arrived on time and was what I ordered fantastic great product 5 star service

Not even worthy of 1 star. Absolute shocker- avoid at all costs. they take your money and then you dont receive anything. They dont respond to customer service emails. I ordered some things in mid November and have not received anything

Awful just awful have not received my order I have messages company 4 times no reply no refund but an email to write a review £29 down the drain. DO NOT USE

Ordered their dates of the year box and as others have reviewed, I recd a box with empty envelopes. 4 weeks later and no answer of emails. Will instruct my credit card company to recover the money but as its obviously a Chinese company I'm very doubtful of getting my money back. Should be laws against these companies pretending to be uk companies.

These shoes are terrible, the laces are attached to the shoe through these weird loops that break very easy. My 11 year old destroyed this part of the shoe in 3 days of being at school. What a waste

Ordered 2 boxes of 52 dates and they took 4 weeks to arrive, so they arrived after Christmas. Then once they were given as presents we realised I had received 2 boxes with 52 empty envelopes. Emailed numerous times and no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Products aren't as described. I wouldn't touch these guys with a barge pole. Be careful. Once the order is placed they don't respond to e-mail or their online form.

Poor quality shower head, plastic parts snapped before use and the shower head destroyed my electric shower which had to be replaced! 🤬🤬🤬

After reading the other feedback I was quite pessimistic with regards delivery. However, I have to say, postage was quick and the product was excellent. Therefore I couldn't fault the company and have given them a 5 star rating through my personal experience.

Great design looks good in the shower and all the different controls make showering more fun would recommend it to anyone

What a load of rubbish. Took 3 weeks to receive a box of envelopes- advertised as date night box. Waste of money 👎

Rip off. Goods were nothing like those advertised and took forever to arrive. Wish I hadn't wasted my money.

Avoid avoid avoid paid £19.99 for a box of envelopes the 52 date night box was incomplete have emailed 3 times no response I have contacted instagram to ask them why they promote dodgy companies don’t buy as no refunds no response no replacement
