Richie is a rare type of person who is always thinking of ways he can help others, build community, and give authors the tools to be successful. I've enjoyed the smart, driven people in the community who offer help and advice with all levels of writing.

Facilitating helpful discussions, encouraging community, and insight sharing, Richie's work with the fantasy writing podcasts and discord community is truly a treasure for speculative fiction writers, no matter what stage of the writing journey.

Richie offers a number of great insights into writing and storytelling. It's a great resource. He provides reviews of books and stories, and provides even his own stories, which are fantastic. His podcast is also amazing!

This community is a game-changer for writers, new and old alike. Everyone has been so friendly, so helpful, and SO quick to respond. I joined after hearing about it on the Fantasy Writers’ Toolshed, (which you absolutely MUST listen to, if you’re reading this!), and I am extremely happy I did. My writing has already improved from the tips and tricks offered, and I can’t wait to see what the future will bring for myself, and this incredible community of writers!

Richie’s website is a great place for writing advice, tips and tricks. It provides a community of fellow authors which can be an invaluable tool in what is otherwise a lonely endeavour. Highly recommend checking out the website and joining the Discord server!

Thank you, Richie and Emma, for a very informative educational workshop. I took lots of good notes and plan on utilizing everything I learned to help my emailing efforts in the future. My launch date is 6/25/23 for my post-apocalyptic novel. Plenty of time to establish a newsletter and email base with launch partners.

This online seminar on developing and using email lists to promote one's writing hosted by Richie Billing and Emma Dhesi was so useful, informative and practical. This presentation covered a topic that is not typically found in the "free webinar" writing ecosystem, and I learned a ton. The examples, links and resources are great, and the different experiences of the hosts gave a nice big picture of why learning to manage email as a writing business tool is so important. Well worth the couple of hours I spent with them this afternoon.

I just took Richie and Emma's Email Marketing for Writers class and received my free recording and other resources. It was a wonderful class, with lots of information and I took a TON of notes. Luckily for me, one of his resources was a copy of all the slides because I couldn't write fast enough! Richie also gave attendees a copy of his SEO class. Watching that very soon!

This was really well planned. The wording was simple and easy to follow. It made the idea of creating, maintaining, and building a mailing list understandable with steps along the way.

I have recently come across Richie Billings and I can happily say I am so grateful I have. The amount of educational content he offers is so valuable to a new writer like myself.

Writing my first novel can sometimes feel overwhelming. Now I can listen to one of his podcasts, read one of his blogs or watch one of his video and be back on track. Not only does he help me learn the craft but his contribution to others, inspires me to offer more value within my own work.

I attended a talk on editing. The talk and the free resources offered were all great.

"How To Edit A Novel" by Richie Billing was a very useful webinar, full of helpful techniques, and also encouragement to those writers who may have been lacking in confidence. Richie certainly has relevant experience as an author, and the content of this webinar was appropriate to writers at various stages of their work. Although the title refers to novels, as a short story writer I found that there were important lessons which I could take away and apply. The YouTube Chat feature was well-used, and in addition to questions asked there of Richie, we writers were also able to help one another and make valuable suggestions via the Chat. Altogether an hour and a half well spent!

Richie is a great author and a great teacher. I loved the workshop and learned a lot. I will be keeping an eye out for his next workshop.
