Avoid. My experience is the same as everyone else’s. Looking at the replies to some complaints from Reservly is a load of sh1t too. When they take the reservation fee for a taxi that never comes, it mentions a £39 subscription fee that you can cancel at anytime, which you can’t do because it doesn’t let you log in after multiple password resets! I’ve sent email after email to cancel! Avoid like the plague

Avoid! Booked a taxi. Waited over an hour and Taxi never showed, 3 days later bank contacted me to block my card as they tried taking 39 pound. Luckily bank refused them.

Paid for cab reservation and then texted number to call a cab. The number didn't answer.

Taken my money and now I'm on a bus!

I used this service to try book a taxi, but the taxi never arrived. A few days later an attempt to take more money from my bank account without my consent.

It was a subscription service that I have never agreed to or authorized. I did not knowingly sign up for any subscription, yet money was taken from my account anyway.

Before contacting my bank, I tried to log into the website to manually cancel what appeared to be a subscription, but I was told that my email address was invalid. I also tried contacting customer service using the phone number provided, but the number did not work.

I contacted my bank's fraud department, and they have opened an investigation.

I think Google should look carefully into the companies appearing in its sponsored search results so customers can be better protected and not have to deal with this.

Horrendous company, avoid at all cost ring a local taxi.

Was in Llandudno and needed a taxi and uber was not able to support.

Tried this platform and there was a 10p reservation fee which I thought nothing of. After 5 mins of waiting there was no update on finding a taxi so I cancelled the reservation before any taxi had been allocated.

Managed to find a local taxi number and they were able to support

Three days later notified by my bank of a fraudulent activity for £39 which I never authorised. Turns out the reservation fee signs you up for a monthly subscription for £39 for a service that they were never able to complete

Complete sham of a company.

I booked a taxi that never arrived. They charged me 10p twice and then tried to charge my 39.99. however I seen this as a scam and told my card company they were fraudulently taking money from me.

Same experience as everyone else, I thought I was booking a taxi but they never secured a booking for me, after waiting for ages, they charged my card 10cents and a few days later £39 was taken from my account. No information that was a subscription service - I await a refund after contacting the company - but I won’t hold my breath. You can’t charge for services that aren’t provided - they never made a taxi booking.

Only 1* because there isn’t a lower score. I thought I was booking a taxi but it seems I’ve signed up to some sort of subscription service. I was charged 10pence and then £39. Taxi never arrived. I never got an email confirming any subscription. Eventually after 40 minutes on the phone I got an email cancelling my subscription but they need 24 hrs to decide whether to refund me. They say “it’s all in the T&Cs” which apparently I should have read while standing in 37’ heat with 2 small children. Be aware reservlyio that your practices will soon be illegal under new UK legislation due imminently. They are no better than scammers.

I have never subscribed to this company, yet I was charged £39 without my knowledge or consent. This is completely unacceptable and, in my view, appears to be a scam. I have requested a full refund, and I am now waiting to see whether they will return my money. £39 should never be taken from someone without clear consent and authorisation.

Needed a taxi and tried to get one through this service. They charged me 10 cents merely for a "reservation" which didn't amount to anything as there weren't ever any taxis available. Then tried to charge my card 40 bucks a week later for nothing. I have no emails or anything from them even. Scam

My driver was Olly Ross. Olly greeted me with respect, Olly was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Overall my experience was a 10/10, I’ll definitely recommend.

I used this to try and book a taxi, they said I would be contacted shortly and that I would pay the taxi driver directly. I never heard anything back and 2 hours later eventually have up. I tried to log into the account I had supposedly set up and each time it told me it unsuccessfully in a different language. I now see I have a transaction for £39 pending in my bank account, for what I have no idea. I have contacted the company to ask for an explanation and refund - we shall see what happens!

Anybody know how to cancel the subscription?

Got a 39EUR charge without receipt, details, email, confirmation, any info whatsoever on what that charge is and why. I never authorized it. Only booked a day-activity on an outdoor company in France and got charged a suprise fee through them that I never approved or signed for. Complicated to get in touch to cancel the payment. Now they got my card number and info and I never asked for that.

They charged me 39€ without warning. You do one failed booking, and the. They will charge you automatically if you don’t say so. At the moment of booking there is absolutely no warning that the payment will get you into a subscription
