I placed two orders for genuine Land Rover OEM parts.
I had already successfully used the exact same legitimate CMRA business address on a previous order, including full credit card verification.
They blocked shipping due to their new policy. I immediately provided an updated notarized USPS PS Form 1583 confirming my legal authorization to receive shipments at this business address.
Management reviewed the documents and still refused to approve the shipment. They canceled both orders and I wait refunds.
This company uses generic hashed emails (@emails.revolutionparts.com), never sends proper invoices, and applies extremely heavy anti-fraud checks while offering very poor customer service. I wasted multiple days and several emails for absolutely nothing.
Do not waste your time with them (or any other dealer on the RevolutionParts platform). Plenty of much more professional OEM suppliers exist.

I ordered a Honda part from eompartsonline.com. I understand the two sites are affiliated. I provided the VIN and received order confirmation. I then received an email from them saying the part was wrong and asked if I would like to cancel the order. I replied that I would like to cancel. No response. So I used the web form to explain (they have no phone number). No response. 3 days later I received the part (still unopened). I used the contact form to request a return. No response. I tried again. No response. I tried using the email address from the confirmation email again. No response. It's been 8 days now. No response. Horrible.

Terrible experience with RevolutionParts. I ordered an all-weather cargo mat through my Toyota dealer’s site, which uses RevolutionParts to handle orders. The listing clearly stated it would fit my vehicle, but the part they sent does NOT fit the hybrid model.

When I tried to return it, they refused to provide a prepaid return label. So even though their website information was wrong, I’m stuck paying to ship back a large, heavy item that I never should have received in the first place.

This is unacceptable. A company that can’t stand behind its own product listings and forces the customer to eat the return costs does not deserve anyone’s business. Save yourself the frustration and avoid ordering from them.

Ordered a part two weeks ago, the phone number on the order confirmation email connects me to a "medicare insurance" line which is all recorded messages pretending to be live agent.

Ordered a part (a fuel pump) for my highlander. It took over 2 weeks to get it. K received it broken. I called company and I was directed to a shipping insurance company. I filed a claim and they gave me a credit card for the amount to use only at this so called company. Well I had already ordred part somewhere else and got it in 2 days. So I am out $511 that I can not get back. They are a scam. Thieves!!!

Do not use this scam website. I ordered from them 2 months ago and still have not received it. Now they are saying that pickup will be a hour away from me.

It's not a scam, but a dealership run by morons who don't know that they have 2 domains, OEM parts and revolution parts. It will be a hunt for you to find out what's going on with your order, you'll have to research the mysterious business ID's on your credit card. They will send you the wrong parts, and then play stupid about how it's your fault, after that they won't refund you. Also, very rude to deal with, I'm guessing they put a shark in charge of customer service to scare people. STAY AWAY.

They run this page called OEM parts center, I’ve bought one axle there which their webpage said it would fit my vehicle but it didn’t . Now they simply don’t answer stay way from them . Check on the bottom of the page even the emails come from them .
