This is the 2nd product I've ordered from the company. Both of my ice packs really help with pain management. They stay in the place they're supposed to and arrived in a timely manner.

Convenient to use & relieved the pain
We ordered the extra large ice pack for back pain relief for our son after my husband had been gifted one for his back pain and was helped greatly to relieve the pain and be allowed to do things he otherwise wouldn't have. It is convenient to use and very effective for lower back pain.

Perfect for the wrist!

Amélioration facile à réaliser
Petits désagréments de confort à cause du velcro. La portion "crochet " pourrait être un peu plus étroite que la portion velours pour éviter l’irritation possible du crochet sur la peau si l’alignement des 2 parties de velcro ne sont pas parfaitement superposées. Quant au velcro de la pochette, il serait souhaitable qu’il soit positionné du côté qui n’est pas en contact avec la peau. J’ai 71 ans et ma peau est beaucoup plus fragile qu’avant. J’adore ce produit mais s’il pouvait être amélioré par ces 2 mesures, il aurait obtenu la note de 6 sur 5 !

We gave you one star for this product because you sold us rejects. The long strap which should be around the waist is around the thigh and the one around the thigh is the long strap that should be around the waist. Your product will not be recommended by us to anyone ever.

If everything is intact, please note that the design is intentional — the lower strap is made longer to better secure the thigh area. The correct way to use it is(as mentioned in the instructions):
Upper waist strap: wrap once around the waist
Lower thigh strap: wrap twice around the thigh
If you feel the upper waist strap is still not long enough for comfort, we can offer you two solutions:
1.A full refund
2.A $10 refund so you can purchase an extension strap from Amazon, which will not affect subsequent use
