First of all this two-in-one Interactive toy ball took forever to get arrive, probably about a month, then when we got it, the way it describes the product that it pops up into a ball and if you push it down it'll pop up when the dog hits it, but the pop up doesn't stay down, it ends up being a cheap plastic ball that my dog tore to bits, within the hour, so do not buy, it's a piece of crap!!

If I could give a negative star, I would. The reviews are complete and utter nonsense and most likely written by the company itself. Don't get scammed like I did. The showed a picture of a dog toy, which when received, was an absolute choking hazard for most any pet.

I loved Revioly very much. It was, and still is, the most reliable website out there on the internet. The costumers services is the BEST. No matter how many questions do I have they always will answer me. The Revioly costumer services are there 24/7. They don't push to buy stuff, they do their best to achieve your satisfaction.
Everything was cost FREE for you. All you needed is to try the products and review them. And it didn't matter if you give the product one star or five stars.I really thought that they deserve more that five star. However, recently they updated their website. Now some of their products aren't free (especially the ones that are very useful stuff such as household stuff). For example, there was a product that cost $65 and I really wanted it, but they would reimburse me only %51 of the cost (around $35). It is so disappointing! Hope they will change their policy back.

After long time being Revioly costumer all of sudden they stopped responding back!
You can see on my previous review, that I loved the costumer services, but now they only answer you if it benefits them!

I have been happy reviewing with Revioly. Customer service is very helpful when I have had questions about the process. Reimbursement has been quick after I try the product and leave my honest feedback.

Revioly is a great Amazon product testing site.

They want the honest feedback after trying products so no pressure to provide ONLY good reviews. They also very prompt to provide reimbursement after reviews posted.

Their customer service is awesome! They are the only site as far as I know that has great customer service team here to answer questions and guide you through the process if you get lost!

Great service where you can test out products, review them honestly without any interventions on how much stars to rate of what to write, and you get reimbursed for the price of the product! Love it!

UPDATE: nah. It’s been over 72 hours and I still haven’t gotten my refund, even though they refund “within 24-48 hours.” Don’t bother. Too many problems. Waste of time, very likely a major scam.

UPDATE: Supposedly there was a misunderstanding. There are ways to get my money back. I still haven’t received any refunds, but I’ll be looking out. As I mentioned in my original review, I feel like this site has a lot of potential and I am excited to see where it goes. If I continue to have positive experiences, I will happily update.

If Amazon doesn’t accept a review, they do not refund your product. Scam.

Also, they had problems with their website and decided to put the blame on me, before other people started reporting the problem. When they find out you’ve reported them, they take a cute little passive-aggressive tone with you. I’m not sure I’m getting any of my money back from them willingly, but if not I will be contacting Amazon, the sellers, and worst case scenario I will be requesting chargebacks. I have taken screenshots of our interactions. It’s a shame, they had potential to be a good website, but they don’t have the personality for it.

Also, notice all the other reviews suspiciously all popped up at the same time? There’s no such thing as a “long time Revioler,” this site is new. I’m starting to suspect those are fake reviews.

They asked me to reconsider my TrustPilot review, and they said the fact that I’m not getting a refund is “no big deal” because I get to keep a product that I would’ve never otherwise bought if I had known I wasn’t going to be refunded.

I am a Revioler for 3 months now. First month is free and after that, monthly subscription is $4.99. You can get cool products with price ranging from $100 - $200 for free in exchange of an honest review! Their customer service is great. I'm very happy to be part of a better online shopping experience.

The company is totally legit. I was first skeptical about using it. Since they didn't ask for any card details, I went ahead and signed up. They do reimburse you for your honest reviews (not only 5 star ones). You also get to keep the stuff for free. The first month is free to use. After that, you have to pay 4.99 a month to use.

I've been with Revioly for some time now. I enjoy being able to review products for them as little or as often as I'd like. The customer service is always very helpful and reply in a timely manner. I look forward to continuing to review for Revioly!
