Reviewboost is good to use for getting reviews. Easy to setup.

I am very happy with purchase. Had to figure out how to setup but still once everything was okay, it is doing a lot of good to my business for geting reviews without efforts.

I already had a google stand but what this offers is software to manage profile and send requests automatically if you have email and phone number of customers. Helps to get reviews

I started using it. It is good as it gives you access to your profile in a effective way.

I was curious to place order for a google stand for a small cafe. Read some bad reviews mainly delayed delivery. But went ahead. It took couple of days. The setup was in minutes. What i liked was its software. Very efficient and allows to manage everything in automated way. I would recommend it.

Received product within a week. Was unable to open the link for the invoice so asked customer service to send an email copy and that was done within days. Very happy with quality of product.

We saw this on social media and it looked amazing. We ordered it and got it shipped with ease. We’ve implemented in our business and already have a massive boost in reviews. This product is amazing and I highly recommend it.

I set it up but customers told me it wasn’t working, tried to set up again! And it has 2 options the free one which you can’t click on or the non free one which of course has a button to click.. frustrating and just leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Brought and set up Clients leaving reviews but nothing shows up have called many times and emails with no response don’t waste you time and money

Unbelievable. Zero customer service- called multiple times and emailed, received zero response. Took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. The quality of the Google plate is very very bad, mine was scratched up and damaged. Would not recommend this service at all.

Just scam, stay away , they sell U the product, they do anything to not accept return, if U wanna use the product U have to make ongoing payments, real scum.

I did get the Plaque, although it took weeks. When it finally arrived I wanted to set it up straightaway. But their software isn't so user friendly. So, I called them. That's a waste of time...No one picks up or calls you back. emailed them and, got no response whatsoever. Then after several emails. I get a reply from a Simon Tadros. Which I replied to. But got got nothing back. The very company that creates reviews for other companies has a terrible customer service issue themselves. I have finally got everything working without their help. The Plaque does work, it is good. But Review Boost are awful to deal with.

After swapping emails many times, review boost promised me they would no longer continue to take three payments a month from my credit card. They continue to this day! It takes moments to sign up for this product, but near impossible to unsubscribe. They have now relieved my bank account of hundreds of dollars after asking them to unsubscribe me from their product.

Product arrived ok. You have to enter bank details to set it up but can cancel the monthly subscription. I didn’t but didn’t want to use it. When the first month’s subscription went out I emailed and they kindly cancelled the subscription and refunded me

A good product, but intentionally vague about cancelling your subscription when finished using Review Boost services. It would seem there is no direct or obvious link to your account that enables customers from cancelling payment. It should be as easy to cancel as it is to join. Very disappointing to have to jump through many hoops and AI FAQ's lists to get the job done!

This is a scam. They keep emailing me saying the product is coming and they are going to refund me.
Now the tracking says it has arrived but it hasn’t. It also says it’s been refunded but it hasn’t.
How can a company trying to boost reviews be so terrible.

Don’t get the plaque, they’re shit quality and blurry, the delivery was also more than a week late, just don’t do it.

I ordered 5 places and paid $134. After 10 days they still haven’t arrived. The tracking says it can’t find the order.
I’ve sent emails back to ask where my package is but no reply.
Not great from a company trying to boost reviews.

I ordered plaques from ReviewBoost and was misled from the start. When I asked about delivery, I was told they “don’t use Evri”, yet my order was sent with Evri, one of the most unreliable couriers in the world. After delays, I was sent a nonsense “delivery photo” showing nothing but a blank surface, and my parcel has not arrived. The company’s UK phone number is fake, leaving email as the only option to complain. For a company trading on the idea of improving your reviews, their own service and honesty are shocking. I cannot recommend them — misleading communication, poor courier choice, and zero accountability.

I ordered the plates, the big pack and they promised a delivery date.
That date is passed over a week and under the tracking number is still the following:
"Label Created, not yet in system"
I contacted the customer service and did not yet get an answer.
