Warning : scam and fraudulent practice (subscription hidden if no cancellation within 48 hours of initial payement)
I originally placed an order in February 2025 for a search (to find out who was the owner of a number that called me), at a price of €0.90 with a 48-hour trial.
I'm writing this review because, without my knowledge or understanding, I was charged a monthly subscription of €49.50 for 3 months (between February and April 2025 for a title like Sw1V 1Ej Lond, for a total of €148.50).
I also contacted my bank because I didn't know where these charges came from.
I didn't receive any email informing me of the renewal of this subscription.
I thought this was normal because it seemed to me that I had already canceled the subscription. But in fact, this is not the case. So I think this is fraud or a scam.
After finding the source of these charges, which I remind you I was unaware of, I canceled my subscription and contacted the company via their email address.
I was told that no refund was possible, even though it was likely a hidden subscription.
I decided to write this review to inform consumers of this dubious and deceptive practice and to prevent them from being scammed like I was. However, if I could be granted a partial or full refund of the charges, I promise to delete this review.
Otherwise, I will be forced to seize organizations competent in the EU and the United Kingdom in the event of litigation or fraudulent practices , if no positive solution were to be found.

Une vrais arnaque, je prend l'abonnement avec essai gratuit donc 0.90€ payé !
J'ai regardé puis cela m'a déplu ça fonctionnait pas, je voulais donc annuler mon abonnement "Essai gratuit".
Sauf que il n'y a en aucun cas de fonctionnalités pour annuler leur essais gratuit ou leur abonnement.
Donc cela débit 50€ sans trop notre accord.
J'ai bien évidemment contacter leur support plusieurs fois par téléphone et par email mais aucune réponse par e-mail et sur le téléphone ses toujours en attente.

J'ai passé une commande pour une vérification d'un appel inconnu et j'ai payé 0.90 ct.
2 jours après, j'ai été débité de 49.50€ sur mon compte.
Heureusement, ma banque m'a prévenue et j'ai pu faire opposition.
