Illegally disallows postal entries on Retroshite.com the UK vehicle competition website
This is a review about Retroshite.com the UK competition website offering old cars as prizes, most reviews for this company have ended up on the page for retroshite.co.uk which seems like an unconnected company (Trustpilot admin might want to look into this as it is obvious most reviews for the .co.uk are meant for the .com site). Like another user mentioned (on the retroshite.co.uk review page), I wanted to enter the Retroshite competitions by post. I carefully followed the instructions in their T&C to the letter, sending in 3 postcard entries. This evening I thought i'd reach out to them through their contact form, asking when the entries would be showing in the "My Entries" section, as it had been about 10 days since i'd posted them. I was polite and friendly and soon got my answer - they closed my account. I can only assume that the "free postal entry" thing is total BS, why would I be booted off the site just for asking about it if it wasn't? What a pity, and shame on you Mr Retroshite
