Really great service and awesome product! There was a bit of confusion on my part with my order but everything got sorted out quickly and in a friendly manner. My console arrived ready to play, I’m a bit gutted I can’t keep it as it’s a gift! 😉 I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Retrolize again. Thanks!

The Retrolize website was clear, and allowed me to find the product i wanted - in this case a screen and power upgrade for my original gameboy. Delivery was rapid, certainly recommend Retrolize.

Great product, amazing support, couldnt be any happier

Excellent service and help after purchase. Very knowledge

I appreciate that they updated the old SD cards to better branded ones, easy to navigate website, well priced and fast delivery. Thank you for the free sweets too. I'm really impressed and I will definitely use them again when I eventually upgrade to a more advanced console. Highly recommend retrolize.

Fixed a battery in an old game which wasn't saving data, thank you

Very good communication throughout the process - mended my gameboy and did a great job. Returned in post with a nice case to keep the gb in.
Went from not working at all to fully working.
Great company to use

I had a great experience with Retrolize, my gameboy which was in need of repairs was serviced fantastically and was returned working perfectly. I would suggest that the repair service description could use more details on the website however, as it was unclear what the process was once I paid for the repair service. Thankfully though the team were very quick to respond to my query about this process, which meant I could send in my gameboy.

I found Retrolize only a couple of days ago. I ordered 2x Retroid Pocket Flip 2's only only had one in the colour we wanted. So waited one more day for them to get stock in, he advised me that they got some in, I said send them both together to save 2 lots of postage.

I received them today and was surprised when it came with a case, I was not expecting that.

Communication from Steve was first class. It's actually nice to have a shop in the UK you can buy these handhelds from because you normally have to import them from China and have a massive leadtime.

I would absolutely order from Retrolize again and thank you again Steve.

Retrolize provided an exceptional service in constructing my custom console to my exact specifications. Listening to feedback and providing prompt and quick responses. The product I received is everything I wished for and I’m extremely
Pleased
