Poor - would not use again
Had issues with two flags - there's no quality control and the design tool is difficult to use. As an example you can't go back in and double check a design to edit, you have to start again. In this case, some unwanted imagery has been captured on the final product despite it not. Ring visible on the editor.
I did raise the issue before leaving this review hoping to get matters resolved however was told 'Although it is difficult to see from the previews this is how the image has been added to the customised template when placing the order, the image that you have added which has the text on the bottom hasn’t been moved far enough down so is showing part of the lettering'. When I said it's a shame a clear issue like here could not be checked I was then told 'we have thousands of orders come through each day we would not be able to check each and every order unfortunately, there are terms before the checkout page asking customers to confirm the customisation has been added correctly on the customisation page'.
So there we are, go elsewhere if you want quality. Wasted best part of £40.
