The service, advise and guidance through the process of securing an equity release mortgage has been excellent. From the initial contact with Carl Huckstep through to completion was really easy. Carl explained in detail during a long phone call how the process works and he did a lot of research before finding the best deal for us. We had Paul come round, he was very professional and and very patiently answered all our questions that we could understand. The biggest thing was we had him come and see us year before and he said we wasn't ready. Just made us feel he looked out for us, and wasn't doing it for the sale, I would ( and have) recommend this company. It might not be the cheapest but for the quality and expertise it was definitely worth the money. We felt Paul was really attentive and when we had any questions outside of the meeting he was ready to answer. We had no stress from the first time for starting the process till the money was in our account, thank you again Paul
