Fantastic service and such a wide range of Lego sets. Never had an issue, I always check Retiredsets first before anywhere else. All fairly priced and they’re not out to profiteer at the expense of their customers. Definitely worthy of a five star review, and I will no doubt buy from here again soon!

Excellent delivery, item as described, will definitely use again

I ordered an item which said the box was graded 9/10, almost £300. The box came with a huge dent in the front, I know the box doesn’t matter to some people but it was a gift for a collector who keeps boxes as well. I reached out to them and all they offered me was £10 refund, despite being able to get the item almost £100 cheaper on eBay etc. I brought from these guys because I thought it was would more trust worthy and reliable. Anyway, almost a month later I’ve not even received my refund. I would avoid.

Order on New Years and arrived within the week. Item arrived in great, new, sealed condition. Thank you

No correspondence for how long delivery would take, emailed customer service to ask how long my order would take, got an email back with tracking number that didn’t work! Still nothing ordered on 16th January. Still haven’t received my parcel
