in my job, the system retekess is essential. I'm a tourist guide and our customers must have a receiver/microphone system for our outdoor and indoor tours in Italy. I chose Retekess because people hear from far away, my voice is clear and there is no interference, they are very light, and when I have 50 or 60 receivers to wear in your bagpack, that's important ! The assistance and customer service is very fast and efficient, the price is fine, they are easy to use.

Expédition standard : 7-12 jours ouvrables
Expédition accélérée : 4-9 jours ouvrables
Canal sans douane de l'UE : 8-15 jours ouvrables

Pour une fois que j essaie de ne pas passer par Amazon qui eux m annoncent une livraison 24h ...
J arrive à avoir des produits de Chine dans des délais bien plus courts (soit disant envoye de l Allemagne)

I purchased an item from them on eBay, clearly specifying that they would pay for the return and that they would provide a return label.
None of this... First they blathered on about whether the packaging was intact or not, then about a partial refund of €8... then in the end, you're the one who has to pay for the return shipping to Germany.
Then they say they'll refund you 🤣.
Stay away as much as possible.

Ho acquistato due paia di cuffie TA008, (una per me ed una per mia moglie), e devo dire che queste cuffie sono veramente fantastiche. Ci hanno ridato il piacere dell’ascolto sia della TV che del parlato corrente. Sono completamente personalizzabili, nel volume e nei toni ed hanno una portata grandissima (circa 30 mt.). Che dire, complimenti alla Retekess per avere realizzato questo ottimo prodotto, Bruno Tagliagambe

Super freundlicher Kundenservice. Ich konnte per Whatsapp kommunizieren. Anfragen wurden immer zeitnah beantwortet und der Umtausch meines defekten Geräteteils hat einfach und unkompliziert funktioniert! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Händler weigert sich, mir eine Sendungsnr. zu nennen, meine E-Mails kommen angeblich nicht an und am Telefon wird einfach aufgelegt.

Edit: 30.7.24: Die Ware kam schließlich an und funktioniert, aber die Kommunikation, besonders am Telefon, war wirklich schlecht.
