RET Consult Co. Ltd provides professional services and maintains good communication with clients. The team is cooperative and supportive. However, there was a delay in submitting reports on time, which could be improved for better efficiency. Overall, it was a good experience working with them.

Only challenge was time management issue

The training was very excellent to my side, after this training i noted what i knew about ms project before was too manual and tedious one. The recent training will simplify and improves my projects management.
However i think next trainings there is a need to improve time management. What i revealed in the recent training we lost couple of hours; especially by starting the training lately, i feel we could have been starting the training by 08.00 am instead 09.00 am. Also interval between breakfast and lunch was so short that it was dusturbing concentration to the training. Next time it can be improved by starting breakfast earlier, say 08: 00 am, training should start 8.30 am, lunch at 13.30 pm and training to resume at 14:20 pm. In this way we will save a lot of time and get more time for training

The training was very good, interactive, and understandable to all kinds of learners (from slow to fast learners). The facilitators were well equipped (especially Mr Kagwa), and proved beyond doubt that they know the MS project software and its applications.

There was a little problem in the training duration, in my view, that training was supposed to be carried out for 8 days instead of 4 days, to enable all kinds of participants understand this useful software and use it effectively.

The training was good and much useful to our projects management business.
Time allocated was not enough for trainer to deriver all required materials to trainees. Its better to have a training of at least two weeks. this must be scheduled early and invitation to be sent for at least two months before the time

I would like to send my congratulations and thanksgiving for all you shared may I keep an emphasis to ensure and hold on reaching many clients since the service is vital to everyone during this era of development.
