I was told by a Retaica cust rep that their shipping department is in Dubai. I wanted to return 3 of the 4 items as the quality of fabric was subpar to what the photos showed. I got 3 different emails from Retaica, first offering me $15.00 refund for over $100.00 in clothes, then a second email for $35.00, advising me I would have to pay for the "freight" charges to return which are alluded to as very expensive (note their website indicates free returns. and the most recent refund offer of $45.00 and once again I would have to pay expensive freight charges (of which they did not tell me how much that was). I referred them back to their website which indicates returns accepted within 30 days of receipt of clothing and free returns if issues related to quality which clearly the quality of the clothing is pretty dismal, the pictures show these rich luxurious pieces of clothing and the actual material is thin and cheap.

I was pleasantly surprised with the items I purchased! Took six weeks to get to me, but that was ok. Communications and packaging were good. Sizes true to what I normally order. My only negative is that the ads all say "Made and shipped from" various US cities - several are advertised - which is 100% NOT true. My items were shipped from Los Angeles (and probably China before that) and NOT from "Greenwood, IN" (in my case) and my CC was charged to some location in London. This company operates under a variety of names. I truly don't care about any of that because the items were perfectly as described, but please don't LIE to your customers about where they come from, made or shipped. Just be honest. Your customers will appreciate your honesty and will be more likely to do repeat business.

Liked the clothes but wanted to return 2 of 4 items purchased for a refund. Contacted for a return form as they requested and they didn't want to refund but 1/3 of price paid. After numerous emails I still didn't get the refund, only partial and no where near what I paid for each. Will NEVER purchase from this company. SCAM

Everything was beautiful and as advertised

I absolutely loved the tops I received from Retaica. They ran true to size and fit perfectly and looked exactly as pictured online. I wish shipping did not take so long, but I had a friend that referred me, so I already knew I had to be patient. The wait was worth the merchandise!

The selection of clothing is vast and on trend. The items were well constructed of nice materials and were as presented on the site. Only missing a star because shipping took so long (which may or may not be in their control at this time). I would not hesitate to order again from Retaica.

I ordered a shirt that was advertised as a sweatshirt $32. It arrived. It is not a sweatshirt. It is a long sleeve top. Its also too small. Retaica offered to switch out the size but I would have to pay an additional $15 for shipping and handling. In the end, I would have paid $47 for a long sleeve t-shirt that I could get at Kohl's or anywhere else for $15. Despite repeatedly trying to explain that this product is advertised as a sweatshirt when it's really a long sleeve t-shirt and $47 is far too much for even a sweatshirt let alone along sleeve t-shirt, I got nowhere with their customer service. I wouldn't ever use this company again. A month to receive the product, received a product that was falsely advertised, and an exchange policy that is ridiculous. An exchange policy that is ridiculous.

Clothing was all good & fit well, very happy with that. The tough part was the time it took due to all the shipping backlogs. So at this point I will have to wear it next season.

The time line from ordering to delivery was very acceptable. The sweater is very good quality and sizing true to size ordered. Very good experience, will be ordering from here again.

I cannot comment on the quality of the product because I still have not received it after 3 months. Customer service states it is in transit - but from where they won’t say. Their site boasts fast shipping for US customers directly from their US warehouse but when I finally received a tracking number it is allegedly shipping from China. One lie after another - I won’t buy from companies I can’t trust.

I ordered several items recently and was very happy with the quality & comfort of all the clothing! I can wait to get into my PJ's at night and have a hard time not wearing my tops day after day! Thank you & I will be reordering again soon!

I did receive my product and loved the three shirts I ordered. They all fit true to size and are very very soft. The product is great. My big concern is the shipping it took six or seven weeks for the product to arrive. Too long to wait.

Poor, poor quality of clothes. Trying to return them and they want to give me $28 of my $118 and I keep the clothes. After a week or so of emailing back and forth with them, I am up to $80 returned to me. I will keep at this until I get my money back in full and they pay for the clothes to go back to them or I will throw them in my trash can for them at no additional cost.
If you are dealing with customer service on a refund, use their return policy on their webpage against them, it says nothing about the customer paying for the return of the clothes. Stay on them and continue to write reviews so we can worn as many ladies as possible. This is a Scam business no doubt.

Scammers, nothing more than a garbage bag. All made in China by child labors. Scam.

I really like sweaters and style (I bought 2), however they were different than the advertised pictures. Both advertised pictures show the sweaters with heathered colors, but both sweaters came with solid blocks of colors instead of heathered colors.

Your site was easy to maneuver through, and I found what I wanted to order right away. My order arrived ahead of it's expected due date, which is a real bonus. And I adore the product I received: as a matter of fact I'm wearing my new outer layer hoodie as I write this review. Thanks again. You have one happy customer in me!

The tops are gorgeous. The size perfect as ordered. I was disappointed at time it took to deliver.
