The process of having my furniture…
The process of having my furniture picked up was seamless. The process was easy and they were very cordial.
I received a text when they were on their way and opted for an estimated time of arrival. The movers were very friendly, confident, and professional. I will highly recommend ReSupply to others.

Estimate tome was 10 - noon
Driver got there at 12:30 and did not have enough room in his truck. I had to wait another hour for him to drive to kirkland and unload truck and come back. Also it costed 2x the amount of the Estimate. The driver was kind and courteous

what they were doing. There were 2 tricky turns from
where a loveseat was being moved down to a lower
floor and they managed it w/care.
All went well from the booking on the phone to the
truck leaving my place.

Professional Service
Despite there being a glitch with the timing of the pick up I was kept well informed and the staff that I spoke to on the phone and in person were very professional. They made sure that my item was picked up the day it was scheduled and they were able to accommodate my schedule too.

The Resupply service was very helpful…
The Resupply service was very helpful to me in that I needed to clean out my parents' condo of remaining furniture and household items. I was able to schedule the move date with a phone call, get an estimate that day, but change the number of items to donate online. The movers who came were very friendly and helpful too.

Disappointed
Impressive. Fast follow up transaction. Stuff got picked up as scheduled within 48hours request.
Huge disappointment. I was quoted $295 on the phone. Billed $747 at pick up. Turns out items are charged individually. This should have been disclosed on the phone for me to decide whether or not to go ahead with the donation.

The rescheduled driver and movers made…
The rescheduled driver and movers made it here on time and swiftly assessed the donation status of the goods and loaded up the items, I paid for the estimated job and it was very on right and the movers, truck and items were on their way.
