Service was great
Service was great. Ordered a guest bed with a mattress for 1 day delivery, the bed was delivered on time however the mattress came almost a week later. Rang up to enquire and was given the wrong information, I was given the tracking for someone else’s order which wasn’t ideal. However considering the mishap the quality of the bed and mattress is amazing. Was super easy to assemble and looks really good.
This is an update 2 months since receiving the bed. The mattress’s are amazing quality and super comfortable. The bed is very sturdy and looks really nice however the trundle bed has broken apart. The wood doesn’t seem to be the same quality as the bed which is very disappointing.

Brand OSLO bunk bed VERY BAD
The bunk bed arrived with damaged and deteriorated parts, along with missing screws and essential components for assembly. It also lacked an instruction manual. The wood frame is of very poor quality—warped and unfinished with inadequate paint. Overall, the condition is highly unsatisfactory, and I would strongly advise against choosing the OSLO brand.

Great communication, great bed!
Gave 4* as there was a slight delay to bed being delivered. Despite this we had great communication from restrelax throughout and we are really pleased with the bed, good quality, fits perfectly for our daughter's room giving her lots of extra storage.

Quality Euro size mattress for cabin bed
Very pleased with our European size single mattress that we bought for our grandson to fit his Stompa cabin bed. The mattress has dipped already and we…
The mattress has dipped already and we are only 3 weeks in, the tufts are very prominent so unless you invest in a thick mattress protector it can be a little uncomfortable. The mattress itself ignoring the tufts and dip is comfortable however I’m a little let down by the fact there is a noticeable dip in a very new mattress meaning it’s not very well made as this shouldn’t have happened. Delivery was super quick and ordering easy to do. Unfortunately due to the problems and having to probably replace way sooner than expected I wouldn’t order another mattress from here, glad I didn’t pay full price and got it in the sale.

I bought a new bed for my child, so I wanted a new mattress as well. I did my research and picked Rest Relax as the best answer to my needs. I receive my order on the next day with no extra cost for delivery. Extremely happy with the product I received excellent quality and value for money.
