Great service

Great service, the product arrived the day after order was put in. Restorate kept me informed of the orders progress and the product was as I had ordered.

Although delivered as said and within…

Although delivered as said and within the time frame I was appalled at the condition I received my item in. Very badly dinted and no lid ( that can be used as a receiver for product). I thought at first it must be punctured but fortunately no spillage. Won't use again. I was hoping to order loads.

The goods were as ordered

The goods were as ordered. The packaging, for this oil based product, was excellent. The courier delivered on time, and the delivery went well. I could have got the product a bit cheaper, but will certainly have a look at your offer next year. Thanks.

Good Product (Feddes Supreme Wax, two shades) I was speicifically looking for Feddes Wax.
Great price, cheapest I found.
Fast delivery asnd I could have had it faster if I was in a rush.

Very helpful after sales people

Very helpful after sales people , good fast respons and speedy delivery . This supplier dos lots of great products . I am a furniture restorer and i will use Restorate for lots of the specialist products I require .

Late delivery, wax okay, brush not great

Late delivery, postage assumes to be next day but was 3 days later. Waz pricey, okay but very odorous. Buffing brush which was expensive on ot great the bristles fell out quite a lot on first use and continues to do so.
