Ik ben bij Resisolid terecht gekomen bij Funda. Daar zag ik een woning online staan en toen ik op de website van Resisolid keek zag ik direct dat dit geen grote corporatie is, maar echt een bedrijf die wat voor de klant kan betekenen. De video bezichtigingen waren erg duidelijk en ook is het documentenprocess goed geregeld. Jeroen is erg behulpzaam en heeft goede adviezen gegeven.

Not only found me a house, provided me a home. The support goes after the keys are provided, excellent service and trustworthy workers.
I’ve come for an open house visit still struggling with all the documents usually requested by RE agents as I had just moved in to Amsterdam and they listen to me and helped in all way they could. It worked really well and I would recommend for anyone who are interested in the places they manage.

Jeroen hielp ons snel aan een nieuwe woning. Hij begeleidde ons goed en hadden binnen 4 weken een woning.

We were really satisfied with services offered by Resisolid. The whole process of finding a new home can be a stressful period, but especially thanks to Joeren, everything went smoothly and quickly, especially when using their online application form. Even when we had an issue with a guarantor, he suggested us a different way how we can prove ourselves as a tenants, so we don’t miss out the opportunity. He was also always reachable by phone and the communication around the contract was very clear. We are really glad that we chose Resisolid, and would do that again!

My partner and I found a house with ResiSolid so easily! It all felt so light and comfortable! From the moment we applied, communication was seamless: we called, WhatsApped, and called again, and their team was always responsive, helpful, and genuinely dedicated to helping us find a home.

I've experienced professionalism and empathy for customers. I registered to the Website looking for a rent but I haven't read properly their requirements. The process is explained and the registration is easy. They returned the amount back same day, since I didn't meet the requirements. Stay safe and keep up the good work.

Een tijd geleden had ik gereageerd op een woning waarvoor toen geen bezichtigingen meer mogelijk waren. Dankzij de attentheid van Jeroen kreeg ik twee weken geleden onverwachts bericht dat er opnieuw een huis beschikbaar was en vandaag heb ik al de sleutels gekregen! Alles is super snel en soepel geregeld, met veel transparantie en begrip gedurende het hele proces. Echt een aanrader!

We went to an open house from ResiSolid in Amsterdam Oost. Jeroen was doing the viewing he was very friendly and could answer all questions. Luckily we were selected for a background check, the online service was very easy to follow and we had no issues uploading documents. Jeroen was also available for any questions during the process.
We were selected for the apartment by ResiSolid, but unfortunately the apartment owners were taking very long to accept ResiSolid’s recommendation. Jereon called me multiple times to reassure me that we were not rejected but that they were simply waiting for the owners final approval. While this was stressful it was not ResiSolid’s fault and we think that they handled the situation well.
Overall we can only say that all interactions with ResiSolid were swift and friendly, I would recommend working with them.

Fijn contact gehad met Jeroen tijdens onze zoektocht naar een appartement in Amsterdam. We hebben eerst het appartement bezichtigd via een “open huis” via Funda. Daarna ingeschreven via zijn website. Alle communicatie verliep via whatsapp & e-mail en was erg soepel. Tijdens het hele proces een erg prettig, transparant contact gehad. Een huurwoning vinden via Resisolid een aanrader!

10/10, la experiencia en general fue excelente, Jeroen me ayudó con todo el proceso; de inicio a fin, se mostro atento, flexible y entusiasta. Tambien, agradezco mucho que me haya ayudado con los procesos en neerlandés (ya que yo no hablo neerlandés aun). El moverte ha un espacio nuevo representa un gran reto, pero mediante esta compañia las cosas fueron de maravilla, en tiempo y en forma.

In my apartment search in the Rotterdam area I came across a listing from Resisolid. I quickly applied and the following day I was invited for a viewing.
After the viewing, and review of my documents (which didn't take more than a couple of days) I was informed that the apartment is mine.

The experience overall is great. Jeroen replies quickly to questions on WhatsApp, and offers great support even after key handover.

Ich bin waehrend der Wohnungssuche in Amsterdam auf ResiSolid gestossen. Nach meiner Bewerbung wurde ich eingeladen meine Unterlagen einzureichen und war ab da in engem Austausch mit Jeroen.

Als dann die Zusage für die Wohnung kam, war ich echt erleichtert und habe mich gefreut. Der Austausch über den Mietvertrag war schnell und effizient per WA und auch bei Fragen habe ich immer eine klare Antwort bekommen. Die Schlüsseluebergabe war sehr herzlich. Man hat gemerkt dass es Resisolid wichtig ist dass ich mich in meinem neuen Zuhause zurechtfinde. Mir wurde sogar angeboten mich jederzeit zu melden, falls in der ersten Zeit noch etwas sein sollte.
Insgesamt eine richtig gute Erfahrung!
