Hello friends

Hello friends, first of all, heartfelt congratulations to all of you for joining this Mission called Resilient Mind Hub. I am using the word “Mission” in the sense that we not only want to bring change within ourselves, but along with that, we also want to help others move forward.

I joined this group around 2 months ago. I myself am a Mechanical Engineer and am preparing for the GATE exam. The kind of mindset required while preparing for a major exam was developed by Nivedita Ma’am. It was built through repeatedly attending sessions with her.

During my career journey, I went through some level of depression for a period of time. With some medical treatment, I was able to come out of it. After that, preparing for a major exam like GATE was not easy. Low self-confidence, lack of consistency in studies, and increased use of social media were all creating difficulties while studying, but Ma’am helped resolve all those issues. She created a routine and asked me to follow it. I am currently doing that, and I will definitely benefit from it.

Hi everyone this is Dr Aishwarya medical Post graduate student, I really grateful for joining this resilient mind hub team, I was doing daily sessions like 6:30 am morning sessions, and it’s Change everything in my life and day today academic routines , I feel confident everyday , I feel good everyday and I started taking action on my studies , I used to struggle while studying and I can’t focus I can’t remember I can’t have that confidence to explain anyone what I read today , I don’t believe myself, self doubt and anxiety that I will be fail in exams, all of that gone while I joined this family. Now. I am always clam , confident, composed, stable , my mind is like you can do it just keep clam and work. I am focused and confident what I read, study, without any stress , anxiety. A Worthwhile 21 Days Learning.

I attended this 21 Days Masterclass to improve my focus, stability, and mindset. It was a really positive experience. The sessions helped me understand visualization and manifestation in a practical way.
I noticed better clarity in my thoughts and improved concentration in my studies. Overall, it was a valuable and enriching experience, and I’m glad I joined.

The beginning is never too late.

Through Resilient Mind Hub, I gained much more clarity about several things:

It is possible to face the exam even with limited study material.
Fear is common in exams, so how you deal with it matters much more.
Consistency builds clarity over time.
