I live in UK and thought I was booking…

I live in UK and thought I was booking with a uk company so was surprised to be charged over £1,200 for two rooms which were only £330 each. How can I cancel this as I paid up front with a credit card before I realised what the total was?

Update …. It seems I was dealing directly with your company not any third party. I have sent you an email as suggested in your reply but obviously no reply as yet from yourselves. Please review your support centre emails and I look forward to a reply.

Booked a hotel in Bali through them and…

Booked a hotel in Bali through them and realised I put the wrong arrival date in. Sent off 3 emails trying to get the date changed but got no response so had to pay for 2 days I did not want. The price was US$24.98 a night making it US$399.68. When I converted it to A$ it worked out to be about $600. When I looked at my bank account they took out $803. Problem is you cannot contact them.
