Usually a good experience however last…

Usually a good experience however last time i ordered the email was deleted a few days after so i couldn't log back in, when i emailed they were extremely unhelpful, not even good explanations just “we cant recover accounts after 5 days” when i repeatedly explained that i did send a message over their website within that frame and it apparently just disappeared and when i simply wanted to know if there was ANYTHING that could be done, always the same short unhelpful response. I understand if they couldn’t do anything but i would really appreciate a more helpful message explaining what went wrong or why and what they could/couldnt do.

Fast delivery and good customer service

Fast delivery and good customer service. Received the account as advertised. I also made a request for the details to be sent to my main account since my account ID was connected to an older email i no longer accessed. They were able to swiftly provide them after verification that i made the purchase. Thank you very much!
