The worse experience ever.
The watch came bad assembled, and when I was asking for a replacement, Maria said they don't do that, so bear in mind they don't give any after sales and you lose money.
They are a total scam and very bad people.

Bought a watch from these guys and the watch has now stopped.Paid extra for what was supposed to be a superior /best quality swiss grade movement (TOTAL BS).The watch cost approx $600.
Contacted them multiple times for weeks regarding fault and the 1 year warranty but they just ignored me and never replied to my messages.
Forget what you read on their website, once something goes wrong their is no warranty and you will be left high and dry!!!!!!
Wish I had researched replicawatchpro more as I agree with other dissatisfied customers who believe the numerous positive 5 star reviews have probably been written by themselves.
Save your money ::::: you have been warned.

I ordered a GMT Coca Cola and am very happy with watch. A little disappointed with the date as slight colour coming through when you look at it but overall very happy. Will be ordering a Submariner in the future.

Was in eerste instantie zeer ontevreden, de zending is heel lang onderweg geweest. Maar na ontvangst ben ik best tevreden. Denk dat ik er nog een paar bestel. Communicatie is per mail of Whatsapp zeer goed te noemen.

I ordered a watch from these people after reading the good reviews which turns out must be FAKE.

The watch was ordered on 2nd July. Chris, the guy on the other end of our email communication informed me it was shipped on the 17th. The tracking number he gave me didn't work (surprise surprise) so I waited in case it took some time and contacted him on the 26th to be told that the packages shipped that day were all returned. He said they would be reshipped so once again I waited.

It is now the 13th of August and the tracking number still doesn't exist. I have emailed him 4 times and am getting NO RESPONSE!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE BUSINESS, IT IS CLEARLY A SCAM!!!

I have ordered from Maria and Chris on numerous occasions and always got the best service from them even when Covid hit and travel stopped they refunded my money always have gotten wonderful watches from them when I ordered

I ordered Patek Philippe Nautilus ice out several months ago I never received the watch it supposedly came to Canada and was returned to the sender and he tells me he never had a return when Canada Post told me that he returned to him I paid $ 589 USD I want a refund or returned the ride to me I paid I want to have thank you

Beautiful watch, arrived quickly, with great customer service throughout the process

They sent me a watch that had been returned from someone else. It was scratched and there were (3) links missing. The watch would not even fit me. They promised to send me links for the watch but never did. I had to buy a whole other band for the watch. After wearing it for only a week and a half the winding stem broke. I paid $500 for the swiss model and am not going to pay another $300 to fix it. Now it is just in a junk drawer.

Even with a global pandemic, the replicawatchpro folks are still providing superior customer service. The products they provide replica's but only because you know they're replicas; otherwise they are just as good as the real thing. I highly recommend this company - get just as good of a product for a fraction of the price
