Great service, staff and facilites
I was looking for a specific club and had some clubs to sell. The process was so easy and the staff, especially the chap who handled the quote and sale of my clubs, are very friendly and helpful. The simulators are really good so it’s easy to test any clubs you want to buy. I’m left-handed and they have a pretty good selection for us also.

Saw these irons I really liked
Saw these irons I really liked. Saw it was ready to click and collect within an hour. 3 hours later I called up asking for some info on how much longer it would be. The person on the phone was lying through his teeth saying the designated club collector for online orders wasn’t available for another 3 days and it’s such a specialised job nobody else at the store had the authority to pick up a set of clubs from the stock room for collection. A bit annoying but then 2 minutes after that call ended I got an email telling me the clubs were more ready to be collected.
Picked them up eventually with no drama’s.
2 days later when I was at the range exited to use the new clubs I just got, the 6 iron head just completely separated from the shaft and flew 100 yards down the range. This was another unfortunate event which I didn’t expect from a set of clubs which I got sold from a store just 2 days ago. I do understand that the clubs sold are 2nd hand but I just assumed it was part of how they graded the clubs.

I see that you spoke with one of our newer members of the team who was unfamiliar with the procedure of your enquiry so, please accept our apologies for this leading to the confusion throughout your conversation and transaction experience.
Regarding the iron head coming off during use, unfortunately, this can happen with any golf club and again, while it is inconvenient when it does happen, we do our best to resolve situations like this as soon as possible.
Namely, a 12-month warranty to protect against such faults, as well as trial period on all of our used items and return periods thereafter.
Again, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused on this occasion, but I hope we see you again in the future.
