The dynamic that REPP coaching provides is invaluable. I am in the LAUNCH phase and was running into walls at every turn as far as learning new technology and the various platforms and even instructional manuals pertaining to equipment that wasn't adding up. My mind was refusing to move forward until every detail of information was correctly ascertained, imprinted, and checked off or understood, and I was riding the ragged edge of panic as I seemed to be stuck and falling behind the timeline, while everyone posting in Circle seemed to be speaking a whole other language. Without the insight and intervention of my coach, Rayana Starre, and her experience and knowing how to diagnose and use her knowledge and resources in her wheelhouse, I would be the very GIF of an exploding head. Very quickly my coach was able to understand my mindset stumbling-blocks and identify my learning style, and then how to set up a mental playing field for me tailored to my needs, with connected courses of action. She took the reins of my smoking trajectory and began teaching me about the operating platforms and workings of the technology in conceptual measures. She discarded some default pathways of student orientation and replaced them with concepts I could understand while removing paradigms, for the time-being, that were being unproductive in order to give me room to breathe and re-orient to a clearer mindset. I was suffering, and the coaching dynamic of REPP, which includes the coaches working together as a team for the student, and the ready flexibility of my coach to change everything up in the manner of a rescue operation, is invaluable. The well-being of the student is primary at REPP and that includes the students' personal growth while becoming a success in the business.

REPP has been amazing! From teaching me how to do real estate media, to becoming a business owner, REPP has taught me so much! (Out of the 3 coaches I’ve had, (over the course of 2 years) they’ve all been amazing!)

With the help of my coach, Tyler Retter, and the team at REPP Talent, I have been able to transform my business in just a few short months by streamlining processes with new hires, onboarding more clients, and gaining knowledge from industry leaders around the country by having direct access to dozens of other companies, just like mine. I started the Real Estate Photographer Pro course in 2024! The training modules are super insightful and gave me the foundation I needed. But the real game-changer? The coaches. Tyler Retter, my current coach, is relentless in ensuring I succeed. He’s always there when I need him, straight to the point, and makes sure I’m on track. Without this course and the people behind it, I wouldn’t be where I am today.

I’ve been in the real estate industry for over 10 years and, during that time, I’ve invested in a variety of courses and coaching programs. What I’ve consistently found is that most of them recycle the same information and leave you with vague direction and even vaguer results.

As probably everyone who pays for a course, I had my doubts but those were cleared very quickly after starting. If you are already watching the youtube videos with Eli and finding value in them the course will probably 10x that value. Make no mistake, IT WILL TAKE EFFORT, you will have to do your part and go outside your comfort zone but the results start to compound very quick if you do what you are supposed to. The sooner you start the sooner you get to reap those rewards.

Rayana Starre is a Rock Star! REPP program provides a coach to each participant and Rayana was assigned to me. Her mission is to help me grow and scale my business. I never realized the benefit of this aspect of the program until I started falling behind in the checklist and just not getting the things done as I should. I had a mental block that, although I knew what I should do, I couldn’t get myself to do it. It was frustrating for me because I didn’t even understand why I couldn’t stay on track and keep the promises I made to Rayana to get stuff done. Her counseling skills kicked in and she dug into my core fears and ideas about where I wanted my business to go. I wasn’t on a fast track. I need to continue my 9-5 to cover healthcare coverage for my family for the next three years which my full time job affords. She helped me reframe my messaging to agents that was more honest and clear that this is just part time right now and set the expectation. That was freeing for me because before that I felt like I was promising things that I really couldn’t deliver. Without a coach to help me through this I may have ended the program feeling defeated and that my time with REPP was a failure. This aspect of the program is stellar and I am so grateful for it.

REPP was exactly what I was looking for in business coaching. I wanted to get into Real Estate Media because my goal is to one day be a Movie Director, and Real Estate Videography would be a great way to practice while being able to support myself financially. But I knew that creativity isn't enough to run a business, and that is where REPP showed me how to do the outreach, sales, reporting, payment, and website creation part of business. They will also show you the necessary gear to get, and won't recommended anything you do not need. They will teach you the most effective way to contact real estate agents, who to call, how to call, and what to say. They will show you all the most effective strategies that are proven to work. If you are a Creative, and you want to do photography/videography for the passion and the fun of it, I would recommend this coaching, because it will teach you that amazing photos don't exactly bring in the clients. As a Creative I feel like it would be awesome if that worked, but honestly real estate agents want to sell houses quickly, so quality DOES matter, but outreaching to the agents is important to get the photoshoots in the first place.

Any question you have at any point can be answered by your coach, the community, or the A.I. chatbot. My coach was Erik Springberg, and I think one of the most useful things he would say was, "That's a story your mind made up," sometimes I would interpret a real estate agents actions or words as something negative, but he would remind me that sometimes we make up a story to explain something we don't understand yet. And that often ended up being the case for me. This is an example of how your coach will guide you through the mental battles of building a business.

I know that if I stick to the things I learned with REPP coaching, and I push myself to improve and increase my quotas, then my success and the results will be far more than I would have expected when first entering real estate photography

The REPP LAUNCH program has been amazing so far!!! They really teach you the business side of things to help launch successful media businesses. Weekly checklists help me know exactly what I should be working on each day and keep me accountable. The program really works and I’m beginning to get clients already!

I was skeptical about the program going in, it seems expensive and I really wasn't sure how to gauge the value i was going to get at the end of 6 months.
I'd seen most of Eli's videos and had seen the reviews, but I spoke to a couple of people who were in the program and the timing for me was perfect as they had their annual conference come in which I was able to go to.
I was completely blown away, by many things.
First, the program is VERY WELL thought through and detailed. If you're new to photography, or to the real estate market, or to setting up your own business, they cover it all. You have a guided coach walking you through every step and if you get stuck, there's so many resources to help you.
Second, the resources. Beyond the training, there's so many weekly scheduled "live" calls that you can participate in that cover off many different topics. There's videos, your weekly coach calls, there's the REPP support team, Facebook groups, so much support to help you.
Third, and this I was not expecting but really what clinched the deal for me - the community. There are literally hundreds of members, all at different stages of their journey there to help, either in the group calls, on the facebook groups or in your weekly mentor calls, help you deal with any question, challenge, situation you have. You are NOT on your own.
There is nothing else out there like this, it's your won tribe you've become a part of. That's invaluable.
Lastly, there's the guarantee.
Do the work and the results will follow and you have a raft of support levers along the way to help you out, keep you going, get you set up.
They are truly invested in making you a success.

When I first joined, I joined because I wanted more money or at least that’s what I thought I wanted. What I really want it was a team. A team that I could count on and I want to learn pay structure and how to make more money so that I could get out of the field and focus on the business. My coach Jon walk me through a lot of these processes. He also has helped me saved a lot of time. I was spending hours doing things that I just really didn’t need to do. I had made them in my head that it was tasked that I needed for my business, like saving every raw image that I’ve ever taken. Turns out I didn’t need to do that and now that I don’t it saves me a ton of time. It was really great having a fellow business person in the same field teaching me the dos and don’ts. There’s some stuff you just cannot Google or even use AI for. Having somebody I could call upon and say hey I’m struggling with this. Definitely change the game for me. I went from zero employees to now having nine employees in just a a year’s time I have systems and processes now that are making my life so much easier I was constantly stressed and struggling with being a business owner. I was shooting about 8 to 9 houses a day by myself and I just couldn’t take it anymore. I am very glad I joined and I look forward to learning more.

I’m really grateful for Eli Jones’ program and everything I’ve learned through it. It’s helped me grow in ways I didn’t fully expect.
