Bought a Ford focus at the beginning of November no pressure to buy was left alone to look at the car had a good deal put a new MOT on for me and picked the car up 2 days later the car was perfect clean and tidy would definitely recommend Reo cars thank you for a nice Ford focus

don’t waste time traveling here to look for a car,there’s a lot more decent car shops out there but not this one for sure.thanks gareth and alex for being not so helpful at all.i regret going to this garage,i wasted money and time.
Bought a car back in July had problems within the first hour having it, took it back the following day for the issues to be fixed.
Well within a couple of weeks they started again!! No receipts as proof of repair. Can’t go through warranty as they’ve void that!
Absolute joke of a company, got very snappy when I bought these issues up and after going through citizens advice/trading standards they still refuse my rights! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
We purchased our car at the beginning of June, it was agreed prior to sale that REO would replace the front grille as the one on the car was slightly tarnished. It was also advertised on their website that for that weekend if purchasing a vehicle, a £200 shopping voucher would be given. After several weeks of back and for, the grille was finally replaced and the shopping voucher received. Alex at REO is a credit to the company and as much as I pestered the life out of him, he sorted everything out for me, so thank you very much Alex

Excellent group, I had some issues with my finance deal, not REOs fault.... But they were great, no issues with it and held the car for me while it got sorted out.
They deal with a wide variety of lenders and
even though my credit was rubbish. They got me a deal and I drove away within the week.

Bought a 2010 Mercedes B Class B200 Diesel car from REO Car Sales, car was in excellent condition with not much miles and nearly full mot certificate, both Reo Car and myself came to a deal and i agreed to have the sent up to my home was a little far away, it cost me about £260 pounds to get REO cars to deliver it and they brought to me themselves so no other courier involved, when i was looking at the car at their garage through a video i noticed that the engine yellow dashboard light was on i quired this and the gentleman i was speaking to on the phone said this was because the door was open, he must have been an engineer because it now seems that the yellow engine light on the dashboard is not a open door it is actual the Diesel Particular Filter that is block and was blocked at the time of sale, they had obviously used a OBD reader to clear the yellow light , i have had this car now over a month and the yellows light is still on, i have not phoned them because REO Cars gave me a 3 month warranty but forgot to say that the warranty didn`t cover the yellow engine light as i found out then i phoned warranty wise company. I have know rage with REO Cars themselves but would have liked to have had the truth about the yellow dashboard engine light and the diesel filter, and not some answer that the door was open, there is no light on the dashboard for any door to be open specially not a yellow one, When selling cars to customers please be truthful and explain to customers the truth because if you don`t such things can come back and bite you on the bum

Recently purchased a tiguan as a upgrade and all the guys are friendly and approachable. They don’t pester like other car places I have been which makes the experience more comfortable 😊 would recommend!

My daughter bought her first ever car from Reo a vw polo and within a week of buying the car she has had nothing but trouble. The breaks were worn, the bonnet was broken and was told by a vat registered garage the car had been in an accident as the bonnet and lights were on wrong. No air con. Also the engine management light was on which was a sensor. Now nearly 3 months in the engine management light is on again and the car is in limp mode. The car sounds like it’s about to blow. Reo Is over an hours drive and the only thing they can suggest is to bring the car over. The car will not make it! I have a very upset girl and feel very let down by this garage. It just isn’t good enough! The car wasn’t cheap either.
I bought my Nissan Juke from REO and had it delivered in a few days. Nathan went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier
We went to buy a car from the garage, unfortunately there were a couple of issues with the car, which lead us to withdraw from the purchase. This was due to us needing a car asap and not being able to wait for the work to be completed.
With this Nathan cancelled the hp and also returned our deposit.
Worst consumer experience of my life. Quickly discovered the car wasn't even roadworthy at the time of purchase. An expert advised it would need around £4k of work and the recent MOT (done by Reo's local garage) was 'bent'.
Naively, we thought Reo would follow our consumer rights and accept the car back. Oh no. They retaliated with lies about faults on our part exchange, & tried to bill us for repairs, while simultaneously posting a sales video with proof they were lying (not that bright really!). They also tried to misinform us about our rights and tell us what a judge would do if we take them to court. They made it clear they would try to deduct money off our refund for everything they could think of and make the return really unpleasant.
After a two month battle involving the Citizens' Rights Bureau, Independent Automotive Engineer Assessments, Blaenau Gwent Trading Standards and the AA Complaints pre court mediation team, we finally got our money back.
We waved goodbye to Reo cars as they drove away in a car they knew was unroadworthy with no tax or insurance. Now the car is back up for sale. Have they done the work on it? Please don't be the one to buy it.

I saw a gorgeous car online. Paid a deposit on the phone, and agreed to part exchanged, plus finance. Then discovered the MOT had a tonne of expensive advisories. I asked them for a refund and to cancel delivery, they refused.
They then massively pressured me into buying by ignoring my message asking to cancel delivery, driving hundreds of miles, showing up at my house with the car, hours before the agreed time at like 0800, promising to pay for my next MOT plus anything arising from it. I literally said on the phone "I feel hugely pressured", yet they didn't stop trying to convince me to accept or take the car away. So, under this pressure, I accepted the car. Took a few hours and I knew it was a mistake and would be nothing but trouble. I call back asking them to come back and take it away, they say sure, in a few days they'll return my old car, and take back theirs.
On the morning of exchange, I text the driver to ask for an estimated arrival time. He said he's not coming. So I have to drop my work, and all my plans that day and drive a 400 mile round trip to get my car back and return their car.
When I arrive, they keep trying to act all friendly, like they haven't just made me drive hundreds of miles at the drop of a hat, and attempted to con me into buying a broken car. They accuse me of being rude, speak over me repeatedly, keep trying to brow beat me into agreeing that they've done nothing wrong, refuse to refund my deposit despite it literally being the law, demand I pay for delivery, like I didn't cancel. They also try to intimidate me by ensuring there are always two men to speak to me at once. They say if I try to take it to court, they will respond by making me pay for the delivery I didn't want.
Seven days later, I call the finance company to check its cancelled. Not cancelled, so I'm still liable for thousands of pounds for a car I drove 400 miles to return and will never see again and asked them to cancel.
Needless to say: avoid. I failed to check here before getting involved with Gareth. Don't do it. He will try to p*ss on your leg and tell you it's raining. And he only acts friendly because he is a con man. Still holding £200 of my money despite me being legally entitled to a full refund.
Would strongly recommend you avoid or at least get an independent inspection before purchasing, brought the vehicle they had it 7 weeks out of 9 and still didn't do the repairs although they said they did, vehicle has now been rejected with the support of the finance company.
