I had been following Rentmigo for a while before i was finally ready to pull the trigger and use their services.

The team put all my doubts to rest and were extremely attentive. I was able to secure them as my guarantor on my new apartment in time for my grad job and I am extremely happy!

I would recommend them without a doubt. The service is exceptional, and the customer service has been great.

Amazing experience. At first I was very stressed about renting in the UK and it not only takes a very long time to find a nice place but it is also very hard to go through the entire process, specially if you don’t have a guarantor. I had a really great experience with rentmigo . They made it incredibly simple for me to complete my application , and the whole process took less than 24 hours from start to finish. The team were really helpful , particularly because my english not perfect but they have helpful chinese support.

The whole process has been absolutely ridiculous and frustrating.

Even with a guarantor, I’m still required to provide months of bank statements proving that I’ve maintained a minimum balance of £6,930 at all times. If I already had that much money sitting in my bank account, why would I even need a guarantor in the first place?

On top of that, the entire process has been painfully slow, with very poor communication. We constantly had to chase them for updates. Our application failed the first time, yet no clear explanation was given. We only found out why after contacting them ourselves.

Finding a place to rent in the UK is already stressful enough. Tenants shouldn’t have to deal with endless requirements, unnecessary delays and a complete lack of transparency on top of everything else. Every extra day of waiting and uncertainty just adds more anxiety to an already exhausting process.

It genuinely makes me question whether guarantor companies and letting agencies are working together to profit from tenants. The whole system feels more like a money-making scheme than a service designed to help renters.

If you’re charging people for a service that’s supposed to make renting easier, the least you can do is communicate properly, be transparent and handle applications efficiently.

The rentmigo team were incredible - I am a foreign student who needed a sizeable guarantee , rentmigo were the only guarantor my landlord would accept. From start to finish the process was done in a day. 10/10 would recommend to all.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. As if their premise wasn’t exploitative enough, the way the customer service and financial referencing team is ran is absolutely shambolic. They pushed me back about 10 times asking for new documents which could’ve all been asked for upfront. I had to order a new birth certificate, find my graduation certificate, find my grandparents marriage license!!? What any of that has to do with a guarantor company I still don’t know. Additionally, they continued to raise the bar for things I needed to prove (originally asking to see proof of 7,000 in savings then changing it to almost 14,000). This makes absolutely no sense as the company says they’re useful for people who don’t have family to rely on for guarantors, but then if I had 14,000 lying around why would I need one in the first place?? Very fundamentally poor on every level and extremely slow process which led to me being homeless for 3 weeks while I battled back and forth with them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Rentmigo is a superb Guarantor agency. They are professional, they are efficient and they deliver in no time. Furthermore, they are prompt in answering any queries.

This is the most amazing guarantor service. I originally applied through a **different** provider and received spotty communication and was unable to move in on my move in date. I submitted an application through Rentmigo because of the good reviews and emailed them to ask about my application timeline. I was immediately met with the most amazing customer support agent Sally. She was helpful and considerate. She understands the urgency of my situation and I got an approval just hours after my application was submitted. If I could rate this 6 stars I would. As I am an international student this process is long and stressful but Rentmigo was able to help me in a stress free fast manner. I cannot recommend Rentmigo enough. Just a warning it is a little more on the expensive side for students as some have lower rates but if you want good service I can say it’s worth it.

Friendly to international students, very easy to operate. Very fast for checking, you could pass even in several hours if all reference meet the requirements. For Chinese student, you can even contact them in Xiaohongshu and get further help in application. Good experience in the general service.

The Experience is much great than what I expected. The efficient is really high and the managers are very kind and friendly. I would recommend others to use their services!
