The car is very good, but there are no stickers indicating when maintenance is due, and your staff is also very bad because they read my messages and do not respond, and there is no one among them who speaks Arabic. Finally, maintenance also does not respond to any inquiries.

second time i am dealing with team and i can see there is zero improvement. No customer satisfaction what so ever. need to followup multiples time to get a car and 100% assurance that i will not get the car on time.

They are a group of thieves who tried to steal $370 from me as a deposit, and they did not respond to my emails or messages to them on WhatsApp, but I got it back from them by the force of Visa Card law.

We've paid online in advance to rent a car for one week from this company in Dubai. On the day of the supposed delivery they told us that the car is not in stock. Then they didn’t deliver the alternative car at the agreed time, made us wait for a day in our hotel room (stating repeatedly that they will come). Awful customer service, do not recommend it. I'm also scared to think if we will get our deposit back reading from the other reviews.

The booking process is simple , the confirmation is immediate, then the problems start Whats app messages requesting documents that have already been sent , then they send you someone else's confidential documentation and ask you to confirm if it's you. This is all prior to Car delivery , then you are informed that there has been an IT issue and the vehicle is not available you will need to take an alternative. Refund requested , I'm not sure that this company is to be trusted as their confidentiality policy for sensitive documents is appalling.

Despite returning the vehicle in excellent condition, I have been confronted with an ongoing stream of additional fees. What exacerbates the situation is the lack of transparency and the seemingly arbitrary nature of these supplementary costs.
Attempts to address the issue with the company have proven fruitless, leaving me feeling both frustrated and helpless. The persistence of undisclosed charges is not only disheartening but also raises serious concerns about the business practices of AutostradRent.
I strongly caution prospective renters, especially those considering the Dubai Airport Terminal 1 branch of AutostradRent, based on my regrettable experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this specific location due to the alarming and unsatisfactory pattern of adding undisclosed charges.
