Scam sight paid for a fridge freezer, they emailed to say the delivery was delayed, im assuming so they can keep the scam going longer to rob more ppl, phones constantly engaged and email doesn't work, the address is another business which I called, its a trading estate and they have never heard from the company, if you have ordered call your bank now !

Do not buy anything form this idiotic website,I bought an airfryer for 73 pounds and the airfryer was literally in Scotland DO NOT BUY SCAM ALERT

Avoid this at all cost i ordered the ninja airfryer and they kept putting delivery off first it was January 2nd then it was the 7th and they offered me a 10% discount which I never received so I did a bit of digging i checked the transaction on my banking app and it came up with a telephone number which was a car parts garage in Poland and the transaction name was inter I'm currently waiting on my bank to look further into this and hopefully I'll get my money back so please anyone reading this avoid buying from these scammers

Ordered an airfryer on the 09/12/2025 and told a long delivery time until the 31/12/2025. Rapid-Kingdom delivery tracking progress bar does not move and failed email attempts to their support. No response to emails or telphone calls do not work.

I ordered an air fryer from Renishop (RPF Gardens Ltd.) on 25th November 2025. On the same day, I received a receipt, which was sent by a different company called Alpo Cleaning Solution Ltd. The following day, the Renishop sales team confirmed the order. On 29 November, the Renishop delivery team sent me the details of their courier company, called Rapid Kingdom (Home Delivery Express Ltd), and the delivery was scheduled for 19 December. Two days before the delivery date, the air fryer completely disappeared from the courier company’s site, and the tracking number was not recognised. I immediately called the Renishop’s phone numbers and then the courier company’s number, which first sounded engaged and then cut off.  On the same day and the following day, I made further telephone calls, with no response. I sent four e-mails to Renishop, one to Alpo Cleaning, and one to the Rapid Kingdom. All the emails either bounced back with error messages or had no reply. I was completely confused, felt helpless, and realised I had been conned. We are in 2026, and there is still no sign of the air fryer.  Unfortunately, I was one of the early victims, and when I ordered it, there weren’t any negative reviews. The worst of it is that this Renishop company is still selling those non-existent air fryers. Please be careful.

Bloody Scammer
I bought a fridge through the website; but since the order confirmation email, nothing more has been sent; despite emailing and continued calling.

The address shown on website is the address for Bentley Shopfitting Ltd; which seems to be a different company.

I HAVE FOUND DETAILS OF THIS BLOODY SCAMMER; LET US SHOW HIM THAT HE CAN'T HIDE FROM US; I HAVE REPORTED HIM; PLEASE REPORT HIM TO YOUR LOCAL POLICE.

Hi to anyone that has been bitten by this company,I personally opened a dispute with my bank online(I am with barclays btw) I received the £100 I spent on the air fryer in my account almost immediately, I payed using a debit card and I think that £100 is the limit for this but I hope this helps in some way.

I ordered an Air Fryer on 28/11/25 and delivery was 20/12/25, a long time when its being shipped from Dundee. Of course it hasn't been delivered. I emailed several times with no response, phoned the two numbers on website and constantly engaged and the other one is unavailable. Total scam company, DO NOT USE. The delivery progress bar on shipping company Rapid Kingdom doesn't move. All I can say is cheapest isn't always best.

Thanks to the neat packaging, the purchasing experience felt seamless and well-organized.

I ordered a Ninja 15‑in‑1 Multicooker OL750 from Renishop.com on 28 November 2025 and received an order confirmation and receipt immediately. Unfortunately, that is where the positive part of the experience ended.

Despite multiple attempts to get basic information such as dispatch details or an estimated delivery date, I received nothing concrete. After chasing them, I was eventually told the order would arrive on 20 December 2025, with a courier supposedly calling two hours before delivery. I accepted the delay and even agreed to their offer of a 10% refund upon delivery.

However, no dispatch confirmation ever arrived, and no courier has contacted me. Even after following up again, I still received no meaningful update or evidence that the item was ever shipped.

At this point, the lack of transparency, the repeated delays, and the absence of any verifiable shipping information make this experience extremely concerning. Based on my interactions, I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering purchases from this website.

I am still waiting for a genuine update or a refund, but my experience so far has been deeply disappointing.

I've ordered a couple of times from here and the quality of the products is good, but the delivery time is terrible.

Order an air fryer beginning of December, still waiting, they offered me a 10% discount I said yes and they told me it was he delivered on the 18th of December, no sign of it today, luckily I paid by credit card! Wish I had read the reviews before ordering
