Thanks for the honest feedback! We’re really pleased we made sorting your new energy contract nice and easy.

We’ll hold our hands up on the document chasing, we can sometimes get a little enthusiastic! Energy prices are traded on a live market, so suppliers give us strict deadlines to receive the paperwork and guarantee the rates quoted. Unfortunately, the market doesn’t always wait for us!

That said, we’ll take your feedback on board and make sure our reminders feel helpful rather than pushy.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are genuinely sorry to hear how difficult you found your time with us, particularly that you felt unsupported and unable to raise your concerns comfortably.

Support should not simply be offered, it should be felt. During your employment, structured training and coaching were provided, alongside regular one-to-one meetings and wellbeing support, including adjustments where appropriate. However, we recognise from your comments that this did not feel effective or sufficient from your perspective, and we take that seriously.

We are disappointed to hear the concerns raised about management behaviour, as bullying or intimidation is not acceptable within our business. We also understand your concerns about approaching HR and will reflect on how we can make confidential reporting routes clearer, more accessible and more independent.

As this is a public forum, we cannot discuss individual employment circumstances in detail. However, we would welcome the opportunity to review your concerns properly and confidentially.

We appreciate your positive comments about the owners and thank you for being honest about your experience. Feedback like this, even when difficult to read, gives us the opportunity to listen, learn and improve.

Hi,

We’ve searched our call records using the number and contact details provided, unfortunately we cannot locate any calls to the number provided.

We certainly do not encourage our team to claim that a callback was requested when it was not, so we would have been keen to listen to the call and investigate properly.

As we cannot locate any evidence of the call, we are unable to establish exactly what happened. However, we have removed the details from our system to prevent any further contact.
