Very professional and resolved my emergency call in one visit; highly recommended.
The receptionist coordinated very well and the engineer was very professional, and did the work very well and tidy. He also explains all along about what he is doing for added confidence.

Professional, reliable and friendly
I have used this company twice for servicing my boiler. They are professional throughout and they offered a fixed price. The engineer went through some basic routine checks which was very helpful. They are honest and they don’t push to get things done if it’s not necessary. They had safety procedures in place regarding Covid which was reassuring. I will definitely use them again next year.

A very professional visit from a knowledgeable engineer, who carried out a first class boiler service. The engineer arrived in the middle of the time slot, and was polite and Covid-aware all of the time that he was with us. We felt very safe while he was on our premises, & he is to be commended for his very satisfactory visit.
